Thank you for everything, Charlie! One request: could you please make a practice focusing on building up to L-sit? I feel I'm missing some secret ingredient in the final lift up and have been struggling with this for sooo long...
It's been really difficult to get back to my practice after 7 days of vacay and recovering from strep throat😢 You are always a great inspiration for me❤❤❤
I was doing something like this today. Much more fun than normal weights or gym work. I can't figure out how to do the press walks. Have you got any tips on those? Thank you for your videos ❤
Wow! I know, I know! It’s like you’ve had dinner with my subconscious and now know all the things I’ve been dodging, practicing sporadically, doubted myself or just lacked the will to achieve. I need these drills between me and my phone and car keys everyday.
Those press walks are difficult to get the timing right. It hasn’t fully clicked with me yet into a rhythm. But I tell ya. I have leaned forward too far out of balance……. Hhheeeeey whaaaaaat?! I’m into a balance with my legs into a ball almost a handstand! Last time I did them like 2/3 weeks ago Thank you for the reminder. I saved this
Practicing those plank rocks helps a lot! Or go from 3 Legged Dog to step between the feet which is what my favorite teacher does and I have to always do. Some bodies though just won't do it, and that's ok. I have a friend who isn't shaped the way most yoga teachers are shaped. This isn't the yoga move for her, it just isn't. And a few friends who are elderly and weren't able to keep up with the flexibility of their youth. If you practice for a while but still need to wiggle your foot up from where it lands, towards the hands area, just do it, why not?
I have problems with that as well, particularly on my right. I think it’s because my right hip is tight, so I sometimes focus on that and I get improvement over time. Reclined pigeon is a great one for hips, I try and hold for 3 minutes. Keep at it, I’m sure you’ll improve with consistency 😊
Those presses for handstand prep are way harder than it looks! I’d love tips for this one. It might be a flexibility thing? Not sure
Yes, absolutely. Flexibility and strength
You might just be my favourite yoga teacher

Hi Charlie,, I have a question 🙋🏻♀️
What’s the different between yoga and calisthenics?
You should really ask google this and only ask her important questions, like is she single, or does she have any plans of getting married 😅
@@handstandMAN hello my dear.. I think my question is about her workout not her personal life 👌🏻
@@dodox5990 just a joke

You are oh so Gorgeous!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I struggle with the low lunge so much😭
I can’t seem to lift my body high enough for my leg to get through to the top of the mat.
