Yesterday we were making our son's funeral arrangements and could not come up with the final song. I woke up early this morning and immediately thought of the song Daniel, which was also my son's name. After several minutes of tears, it is obvious what the final song will be for his memorial service. I have always loved the song, and now it will take on a whole new meaning for me and my family. my brother Daniel died a little over a year ago. I couldn't grieve because I had to care for my dad. now he to has passed and i can grieve for them both now and this song touches me every time.
