Who ever decided to remove Molly should be removed from their position. The motivation for the removal I think was driven by incompetence and envy

This shameful what the dept did. Molly was previously a free bird, free to come and go as Molly pleased which she did so I can't see why they were made to get a license for Molly and of cause with licenses come restrictions... now they are being forced to build a big cage for Molly too so that would represent less freedom for Molly than she had before.
As a bird lover I am THRILLED to see Molly & Peggy reunited - I am NOT happy to hear that enclosures have to be built and angry that I’ll no longer be able to watch the antics of this unlikely pair on social media.
Enclosures ??? It's a wild bird that comes and goes as it pleases. How can authorities make such a incompetent and ludicrous demand ?

I just read they have to cage Molly. He / she is a free bird Used to come and go as he pleased he has his other friends and used to visit them the authorities are a joke. Once they get involved in anything they ruin it why Cage Molly let Molly live her normal life how she’s been living for years until you losers got involved. You have to ruin everybody’s lives don’t you? Molly’s home let Molly let Molly fly Molly come back don’t cage Molly you authorities is so I can’t use the word but you can imagine my dad saved a magpie once with a broken leg and he flew back-and-forth and he bought his family back to visit my dad. Molly. Why put all these restrictions on people when all they did was find his beautiful bird and save his life and you have to get involved and say ridiculous and demand. Ridiculous things don’t cage Molly, you jerks the authorities. I mean they’re the jerks.😡
I agree with everything you said, it's beurocracy gone mad, those loving caring people rescued the bird, and it's living a happy life, why don't you do something about the piggery industry, with the poor pigs living in horrendous conditions! JERKS

I appreciate that you know its horrible that Molly's been returned but that doesn't make sense. It'd be woke to still have Molly be away from that household because woke means actually caring about social issues and environmental problems (like you being angry about Molly being returned) instead of benefitting off others' suffering.

@@allisonjames2923 although he fell for right wing propaganda with regards to "woke", its fucked that the Queensland government returned Molly. She should've been given to a wildlife carer in the first place instead of even being allowed to imprint on a dog..
With the sacking thing, that was probably a figure-of-speech thing but I'd kinda support it if it was taken literally since many parts of Australian governments don't care enough about human rights violations nor environmental issues lol

I just read they have to build Molly a cage. What the. K. Molly was a free bird and now the authorities want her caged a joke. Molly used to come and go as much as she liked and fly and come back and fly and come back and now the authorities want Molly caged. These people are just unbelievable. This is ridiculous. What a great ending. If they did not save this bird she would have died. So it’s a great story happy ending I love magpies. I was at my father’s memorial service and a magpie walked in looked around made his sound and we all looked and said that’s Tommy. That’s my dad‘s name because my dad used to have two properties and he also saved a magpie with a broken leg and that magpie came back for many years with its partner and babies then when they sold the property and moved on. He started to feed another pair of magpies and they come to him every morning and night he loved his magpies and they’re one of the smartest birds around so I’m so happy for Molly. I think it’s just absolutely wonderful wonderful news and Molly you have a happy life with your friends.❤❤. I look at Molly and think of my Dad. He also lived at the Gold Coast Mayb one of Molly’s friend came to my Dads memorial service❤

Having Regular visits from Wild Maggies that enjoy a Breakfast of Meal Worms on my Doorstep.
I know how wonderful it can be, and if that Magpie didn't wanna be there it would NOT be..!
To be Honest they are the Best kinda Pet to have, free to fly off, or Swing by as they wish.
Just Dropping by when Food is a little Short or their 2 or 3 kids are Driving them Nuts.
I have had their company for years now, they come, they Go..!
I just supply some fast food when they need it..!
If I am Gardening, they sit next to me picking up anything I disturb, while moving Leaves & Plants about ect.
M&D seem to be the Bravest, kids hanging back, waiting for the Goodies.
Just wish they would stop Crapping on my Doorstep, by way of a Thank you..!

And they Sing their heads off, Down my Hallway until I pop out to Supply Breakfast..!!
I tried putting it deeper into the Garden, it makes no diffence..!

Congratulations from Ireland,I rescued a baby jackdaw years ago that had fallen out of the nest.My father made a cage for him.As he got stronger we taught him to fly from one person to another in our back garden.we provided grubs worms and wood lice for food.As an adult he hung around the neighbourhood and all the neighbours knew jacks.when we as kids walked to our friends house jacks would follow us.we just had to click our finger and he would come to your hand.He hung around for a few years ,then one day he wasn’t there in the morning.I like to think he found a mate and went on an adventure .myself and my siblings have great memories of jacks .

I know this is a story of a Magpie & a "dog" however that "dog" breed happens to be a breed that is under a microscope and is misunderstood besides is usually only shown negatively. Misguided. Not evil. It was silly members of the public who were demanding something be done about Molly because they were apparently worried he was being exploited. They should never have taken him away from his human & canine family, but they were actually trying to take care of him. There are too many people exploiting animals for YT videos these days. Look at the bears, panthers, lions etc who are being kept in homes as pets.
