Nice explanation really , i learn alot and i wish u can do more video about the supplies of the rolls and the cost and how u do ur calculations of the selling price
I have a us cutter LP2 & a vevor plotter I bought the vinyl master software but even with the upgrade softer it doesn’t work well with print and cut 😢😅
Awesome channel i hope you post more! I need to make stickers that are holographic and also have a printed back. Basically they are like a poker playing cards where i need the back have a logo "the part you trash when used" and then the front which is the holographic sticker. Any tips to get this done? THANK YOU
@@jessicaskibicki5772 we use general formulations for pretty much everything but joining that group, you’ll learn a lot more than just what material to use. We have some of the biggest Sticker companies in the country in there.
Margins, cut pressures, syncing with my graphtec and Mimaki, presets, maximizing print space, step and repeat. I do a lot more than stickers so it’s nice to just use it for everything. My presets allow it to be quicker but I do it manually here to show the process a bit more.
Thank you!!! This was the most helpful
Super cool great video

@@ezekielswiss4347 you’ll need a canon Colorado to do that. Thank you!
I was wondering what sticker paper you order and also what laminate on the roll you use. Thank you so much ! Your videos are awesome.
Great video! Was interested in what equipment you use? Namely your printer and your cutter.
Mimaki CJV printer and Graphtec FC9000 for plotter
Pretty cool
Thanks!
great video!! 😊
i would like to know more about the sticker paper and laminating roll used
thanks
Is this a program that can be used with any plotter?
Great video. Please what’s the name of the laminating sheet you work with
Hi! On the paid site do you guys talk about what media you use? I seem to be struggling finding a good one for stickers. Thank you!
@@jessicaskibicki5772 yes and everyone in the group will discuss what material they use there’s no gatekeeping in this community.

Can you make one with dye cut this is love your content
What art program are you utilizing?
Can you share your cut settings on the graphtec?
Thanks!
Cool video. I have a Roland BN2-20a. I’m using Flexi to add my cut line. But sometimes the but line is not all the way through. Any tips?
I’m not familiar with that machine. Try getting a 60 degree blade. And make sure its depth is sticking out the width of a credit card
Thank you
Hi great video. How does it know how much is costing did you add a price so it can estimate cost
Flexi actually has a built-in calc, but I also have my own formula for cost per inch of feed.
Is the printer ecosolvent?
Yes!
Hi just wondering what kind of laminator paper you use ?
That’s what I’m wondering too

Hi what type of vinyl and laminate are you using ?
We're using General Formulations!
what type media you use Sir ?
Hi, how do you calculate the ink consumption? thank you!
It’s a built in feature on Flexi design and production manager
just wondering why even open Flexi when all you have to do in illustrator is name the color contourcut to cut?

Don't you normally have to wait for the print to outgas before touching it and laminating it??
Not with the Mimaki heaters and ss21 ink. It’s insanely cured.
Instantly*
Thank you
Thanks. Do u think eco solvents puts out a better quality than latex?
@@kingk5994 I don’t have much experience with latex so I’m not too sure!
How do you get sticker business what kind of advertising?
No advertising, just word of mouth and Instagram.
Are you using a generic ICC profile?
Depends on the material. Most of the time just Mimaki or 3M
@@stickershuttle so did you create your own ICC profile? Can you show how your profiles are made?
@@da_nk no you can download them from Mimaki’s website on the download page.
