this is so awesome to watch, nobody gives a fuck, they are just enjoying the moment and everybody dances, no one is holding his shit mobile phone in his hands!! would love to have such a clubscene back
Absolutely tremendous! I have rushes up my head just watching this! It was such an amazing era...I am indeed very fortunate to have raved in this wonderful time.
It's more fun to think kids today didn't create their own new genre of type of music. It was electronic in the 90s, it still it. Only the melodies are changing from time to time. So this now 24 years ago. Imagine being in 1993, and then go back 24 years. Then you are in 1969. They didn't have any music remotely close to this.
this shit sounds fresh n futuristic the melodys r intense basline drive perfect mix between the 2 also new shit is very focused on production an good quality but misses a artist touch is sum1 can master this combo an get it into the limelight i think the uk would fuckin implode jealous of those who wear their must of been summit magical back then oh well ive got a sound system n sum close freinds guess that will do ^^ PEACE^^

When the mind filled with music love and energy..no social media ,no text no whatsapp ,no phone calls no emails and endless jargon...just a good rush and tell some stranger you fucking love them..superb days..
I love how everyone is enjoying the music and not caring about the camera. Unlike now days were people get hyped they being filmed then it goes away from them and the just stand there again.
yeah mate you are kinda off there. the kids dont get excited by cameras because they are too busy looking through theirs on their phone. the kids need to stop focusing on social media and looking good for it, and just put the phones down and have a good time. Nothing wrong with the occasional snapshot to savor the memories, but the whole event shouldnt be revolved around the phone.
Not one mobile phone in sight, people actually dancin to the music and not takin selfies or checkin into facebook or textin no-one..what a sight to behold!
I started going in 95 wow this brought back a lot of memories. Those were the days!! Not even close to the same anymore. Wish I could go back to those days.
I used to go to parties like this back in the day (before camera phones). It’s sad to think social media and camera phones have stopped kids from actually being social. Big corporation have sold you a fake (digital image) of what a good time is. Think of a Coco-cola commercial. That is becoming the “reality” now. Every year people are becoming more detached from others and more self-centred (selling a fake version of themselves to impress others). It’s like we all live in an endless coca-cola commercial, everything has to appear to be somewhat better, to get a glimpse of attention from others. The reason everyone at this rave was so cool towards each other, was because they rejected the corporations trying to sell their youth back to them. They took control of the world, It was pure, it was utopia (even if in a dirty warehouse for just one night). Oh... And the E’s were pure and good.
its just not true. I'm only 21 and yeah phones are around but people still talk face to face and dance, the many clubs and raves I went to were just like this, you'd maybe see a selfie once or twice in the night and that was it. I'm tired of this people are just on their phones and not living it's a MYTH
to make us rely on worldly things instead of our creator and isolate us from one another while controlling what information we receive to lead us into believing what they put out for us to believe
Have you tried the nowadays E'S? But yeah you're right, I agree. Nowadays everyone has been given a censored voice, detached from reality... And we spend so much time in this fake reality that it became our safe space. We are very much detached from one another compared to as little as 15 years ago
The way we dressed back then. You would see some of these folks on the street and think nothing of it. No clue they participated in this type of thing. Nowadays it's "lets see who looks the skankiest." Plus, IMO, what a majority of the things that go on today are "Festivals" not raves. My oldest daughter will call them raves and I have to remind her the difference between a "rave" and what we had to do to get a one going like, breaking into an abandoned building or warehouse. Stealing electricity from the buildings around us. No flyers or advertisements, just word of mouth. Sometimes only 20 or 30 people showed up. Other times it would be packed way over the Maximum Capacity Level with 200 - 300 - 400 people. Party until the Fire Department and Police shut us down. Sometime, they would last 2 nights with no interference. 8:10 NERVOUS RECORDS -- Josh Wink In the late 90s and 2000s, I was a mailman. Delivered mail all week then when the weekend came, I was a DJ. Some of my customers would loose their minds when we would run into each other at a rave or a club and I was DJing. I used to use the big blue mail man bags to carry my vinyl in. All the other DJs wanted to buy them off me and would offer a few hundred bucks. I was offered 500 one time. I was like "hell no! Those bags were like my signature. I did sell one bag for 100 bucks to Dave Clarke though. I still have about 150 records from those days. Sitting in the closet... in two blue mailman satchels...those were the days!!!
I was only 1 years old when this went down, how funny that I really enjoy this music? A baby of the time perhaps? lol Wish I could go back and check these out in person though, how insane and awesome would that be.
good times ! there was nothing like it when house and techno first came out and raves first started // hopefully that magical feeling can find its way back in to clubs again where everyone was a star if they wanted to be // the gays the straights bisexuals transexuals all partying together ! Open your minds and let the rhythm take control PEACE
thanks for the influence, this looked like a fun party....Around my senior year in high school my punk/goth friends said you gotta go raving next time you trip, I said 'what's that?' I came of age/found techno just after this SCREAM 9... in Summer 94 I went to warehouse districts in South FL where kids had a generator going and charging $5 to get inside, (sketchy af to say the least part of the fun was knowing at any moment the whole thing could fall apart made us reach even higher)and then the EDGE in Ft Lauderdale was my favorite but many clubs started to have DJs instead of bands and raving changed everything for me. I never listen to music without imagining what Andrew Weatherall or Alex Paterson would do with it. The KLF crossed the worlds from the dark synth industrial music like Ministry I was already listening to similar with The Prodigy (they were the biggest thing in the world at one time) and made me listen like a DJ and after being seasoned veteran dancer I started to dig into the music myself tho couldn't ever afford the equipment to DJ myself so I took pride in being the first one on the floor if I could. The party starter, that was me.. just that skinny weird kid who got out there first and said 'see you don't have to be cool, JUST DANCE!!!!' Our rave scene was following in your footsteps and we had WPB Orlando Tampa Ft Lauderdale and Miami in a proper way for some time... it's changed so much from those days and this vid flashes me back! Things were really hard back then too as I remember tho. I read all these stories about how much worse it is now and I don't know about all that. It was dangerous as shit when first started going. You couldn't party alone and count on the crowd to take care of you. the 'you slip? we grip!' mentality was spoken but not always upheld, and I wouldn't want my kids in that environment. Our parents were absent and neglectful and the scene welcomed me in in many ways. I don't mean to say there wasn't love and respect but it wasn't ALL good and pure like some remember it to be. Man was it fun tho! We tried to make heaven on a dancefloor and often I found it. I think I'm an improved person overall for it.Thanks for posting and PLUR from FLA!!! (didn't mean to write a book here if you're still reading Blessings and CHEERS!) lol

Exactly, nobody's give a fuck as it should be. Celphone's in combination with "Social media" destroyed everything.
I guess it's quite off topic but does anybody know a good place to stream new tv shows online?
@Cruz Jefferson flixportal :P
@Izaiah Avery Thank you, signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :D I really appreciate it !!

We need less phones and cameras on the dance floor. People can't be themselves on camera.

The detachment from others and fakeness you're talking about is a result from western culture being overly focused on individualism not phones
to make us rely on worldly things instead of our creator and isolate us from one another while controlling what information we receive to lead us into believing what they put out for us to believe

brilliant, back in the day no one cared where the dj was or had camera phones.... it was all about the music....
No camera phones, but a camera crew with professional lighting was roaming the dancefloor 😂
What we'd give to be there with those ravers
Not one stinking smartphone in the whole club!
Great times! :))
Just a Massive smile :~} on my face watchin it :~}
I had a binge for 5 days once. that's when I quit cold turkey and never looked back but it's fun to watch this anyway.
Thora Mann took pills 5 days in a row? Did it cause major depression?
why is this gone.... everybody dancing and all love...

Lovely !
26:15 I remember this song when I raved in the States around 2000. Banging tune!
This is awesome! I often wonder what these people are up to these days, where are they, what are they doing.
They are all suffering form depression due to drug misuse.
@Barry Richards nope far from it twat

Im buzzing just looking at this...so so good
I love the way it says "Inspiration Video" on the screen. I am totally inspired to buy some acid and lose my fucking marbles!!!!!!!!
Days of going out to dance and have a laugh now everyone's too serious and ashamed to dance my generation are pathetic
To all the young generation, if you wondered what ya parents got up to before mobile phones and social media here it is ! 😅😅😅
