I didn't have everything exactly on hand, so I worked with what I had (95%) and this was fantastic. So far, everything I have made from Jamie hubs has loved. I keep dropping hints about this book - perhaps for Christmas!
Tip I learned this week, an inch dice of peppers on a George Foreman grill is very close to a barbecue and would let you do a lot of dishes like this indoors. If you're tight on time or budget, peppers and aoili is a very servicable dinner.
I absolutely love peppers. Addicted if I'm honest but never tried this, so much I could add them too! Can't wait to try. Pork again, not a main meat choice for myself but will start cooking it more. Delicious 😊
For Sunday lunch, grass fed loin pork chop, very tasty, from Redhill farm shop. Of the quality Jamie cooked, though I cooked in a different way. Season with salt and ground pepper, Herbes de Provence, drizzle with a little olive oil, fan oven 150C for around an hour. I will have to try this way. Chickpeas in jars, the same as in cans, if not, what is the difference?
A whole new series and also a book of "Jamie goes India" would be incredible. I'm sure this is something a lot of Global fans would want to see and also your heartthrob fan writing this would want to see. Love❤️
Jamie way to use marinated artichoke , I liked how he cook with the pork chop,. the chickpea pepper, put in more seasoning oregano dry parsley black pepper and the roasted garlic ,cooked for 5 min
