Nice sets. I went for the Chronicles set. I nearly bought them separately, but I used what money I would have spent buying them separately, to buy Mallrats on 4K with Slipcover instead.
I didnt know the singles came in the thick box! Nice. Im awaiting the Chronicles set. Should be here tomorrow.

I pre-ordered mine yesterday. These are two of my favorite movies of all time. A shame they never made the Age of Conan movie.
John Milius was going to do King Conan: Crown of Iron but never got made. Kull the Conqueror was originally supposed to be Conan but rewritten after Arnold declined to to commitment on Batman & Robin. There is Legend of Conan still in development with Arnold listed. Interested to see how that will play out.
@screamingeekmedia Arnold is so old and frail now doubt he could play any version of conan at this point. Age of conan was a think in the 2000s and early 2010s but I guess it never came to fruition. Oh well. Joe Manganiello is supposedly spearheading a dragon Lance series so that might be something to look forward to.
@@cyclonus01 Even though he can't do the same things anymore, he could always play an older, wiser King Conan and have a son or grandson to pass the torch to. He is still heavily involved with the bodybuilding community and could pick some to carry the torch. Would be great to get John Milius back to direct. 2005 was when Milius planned on making King Conan. Either way, I think Arnold would need to be involved to link the franchise together.
@screamingeekmedia yes and worthy villain like Wilt Chamberlain was in Destroyer :) and hopefully not riddled with CGI crap. One of the reasons why I love barbarian and destroyer is there's no cgi obviously. Just old fashioned special effects l.
King Conan and The Legened of Conan were canceled. It's a travesty. The milius script synopsis sounded amazing. I fear it's too late with Arnold's advancing age unless they pull the trigger now. Still, I'm grateful these exist. Conan the Barbarian is my favorite movie of all time. I too grew up with these. I got the separate editions as well! By Crom. Crush you enemies...
No apologies needed for buying both editions separately, it was the only way to go and I did the same. Enjoyed the unboxing. Peace.
