Oh yea this things a beast, And if you devote your LT. Commander engineering/ Temp ops to a complete temporal slot you can deal some good dmg with temporal abilities
The Exotic trait boosts temporal abilities. I have those and is actually awesome; especially with the temporal specialization activated. It increases the entropy and exotic length and damage, and also weakens the foes resistance against the same for the same length. With the advanced fighters out, it even crushes Voth fleets in the Dyson sphere battleground on its own. Soo cool to play with. My gear is three levels from epic, and is at that level. My Arbiter dies when the reinforcements trigger. The temporal abilities are counted as engineering exotic abilities.
It's starship trait fits it perfectly because it is a Temporal Ship and has Temporal powers which do exotic damage. I like the ship and use it with both science and temporal abilities just fine.
im not an expert at this game, but when i activated the support config threat gen my hull regen went through the roof it may have been a skill that regend but all i know is kts like 10 sec of damn near godmode
The ship ISN'T slow. You're just complaining for the sake of complaining. 9.5 base turn rate is about as fast as a Sarr AND Narcine in terms of turn rating. It's effing faster than the Arbiter which has a base 9 . Using Offensive mode opens it up to having a cruiser with an almost ESCORT-like turn rate that a full forward setup with omnis and dual beams are VERY viable and probably someone can go crazy with it using cannons OR turn it into a torp-n-turret boat. So no, I disagree that it's slow. SLOW is having a turn rate of 5-6-7. The fucking flagships T5 and T6 are what I call SLOW. The Atrox is SLOW. Anything BELOW a base 8 turn rating can be considered SLOW. The turn rating for the Chronos is faster than can be believed of its size - especially when you turn on offensive configuration that turns the ship into a huge escort hybrid with cruiser stats. So nope, 9.5 isn't what I'd call SLOW.
hey brent.. im a console player and were just about to get the iconian and borg reps.. but ive been running the kelvin intel dreadnot. do you think the herald ships r better than the kelvin?
While I know Directed Energy modulation triggers the unlockable starship trait, but (unless my memory fails me, I'm not perfect) doesn't certain engineering abilities (such as directed energy modulation) count as exotic damage?
I checked and can answer this - no Direct Energy Modulation isn't one - but there are some abilities that are - Aceton beam is an example (and is buffed by particle generators) and it does count as Exotic Damage. Also Eject Warp Plasma, Eject Cryo Plasma, Endothermic Inhibitor Beam, Riker Maneuver (from Universal - Console - Metreon Gas Canisters), and a likely a good few others. So it might not be a fully useless trait when used a non-science char... OMG, I just hit the motherload in terms of what counts as exotic damage - that's quite a list!! Wow!!!! sto.gamepedia.com/Damage_type_(space)
Major Dakka I try not to look or copy other people builds I might have a gander to gather idea's, but I don't like to look too closely at builds (I don't like copying people). My sci is heavy dedicated to drain. My engi does need a specilization (jack of all trades ,master of none). I know could do better with that char if I pick something to be focused on - just can't pick a build type and skill according to it because I enjoy so many builds - LOL.
So looks alone it’s not that impressive it kind of looks like an unfinished render in its naked state, it does look a lot better with the Terran empire skin on it that said I do really like it’s shape and have been tempted to get it a few times over the years based only on its shape. I know they are different franchises but ied really like them to somehow get the Andromeda ascendant in STO I know it will never happen but I love the look of that ship and it looks quite similar to this one.
I still say that your reviews *don't really provide much help,* to anyone who wasn't a "early adopter" of STO. All of these STO 'videos' are just *glorified horn-tooting fests.* In way too many of these videos, you folks seem to relish the fact that you were in on the *ground floor,* when STO was being constructed. And that everyone who's coming into the program now, is going to be *AT a SERIOUS DISADVANTAGE.*
I use it on my tact charterer. It works really well with it. It can take a a beating as much as dish it out.

I run the Kelvin time line weapons set with the temporal defense consoles and Kelvin time line consoles it is a very good build
Lord how I love this ship.
Why is it so big? I thought those future ships were supposed to be bigger on the inside?
Have a Happy Thanksgiving, Brent!
I think I must be the only one plays zoomed all the way out no matter what I'm flying, except a shuttle. In a shuttle I zoom about halfway.
I like the look of the paradox dreadnought more. This one looks like someone fused some dead coral to the front half of a dress shoe.
Six years later, your comment made someone chuckle. GG 😂 Dead coral and a dress shoe. Lmao.
I own that ship and i love it :D
Tim Tam i bought the pack with this and the two other ships off of the zen store for 3.000 zen
If I ever save up $60, I'll think about getting this ship.
It is soooo worth it
I'll save up for one another time. I'm good with my Paradox Dreadnought. =3
Would you mind if i added you once i get an Ethernet cord that reaches my room? xD

Holy shit dude calm down
Tis a magnificent ship of the Temporal class bundle
Man, and I NEVER get the ship assist...

Even the Free ships can decimate the T6 with a good loadout :3 just pick one that you like the visuals of and get it a good loadout
"The Enterprise is messing this whole thing up..." Sacrilege, Brent!!!

Reggie Reginato Atem made a vent warp plasma build over on the subreddit stobuilds

When you did this review, did you deactivate the non-native to the ship traits? You can keep the spec traits but I am just wondering. Thanks.
i guess it's kinda randomly asking but do anyone know of a good site to stream newly released movies online ?
@Ethan Arjun Flixportal :P
@Greyson Kingsley thank you, signed up and it seems to work =) I appreciate it !
@Ethan Arjun No problem xD
Good music btw:D
Sole defense rules😎
Trekky the set?
Mustache Destroyer of course

how do you spend an hour and a half talking about a virtual ship on a game maybe 3% of the players care about
I fly this ship and loveit!
