  • In this video a 260lb wrestler wanted to challenge some of our instructors (some of which he out weighs by 100lbs) Do we have what it takes or are we a McDojo about to be exposed?!?! Watch the video to find out!

    This was handled incredibly well by everyone here. Even the guy admiting he was wrong before, and you guys not showing his face and not trying to hurt him.
    The last roll was a classic Black belt rolling with White belt leaving tons of space but punishing mistakes, I just hope this guy understands that there are levels to this.

    I don't know, I appreciate this sort of thing. He was honest with his experience, weight, and size... and honest about what he believed he was capable of. You guys humbled him, and he took it in stride, and his feedback wasn't negative or defeated -- he merely said, "I need to get better."

    • @jeffjeffersonjunior3679
      @jeffjeffersonjunior3679 13 дней назад

      Shoulder Crunch/Ude Gatame, the finishing mechanics require you either extend your opponent using your lower body or use your legs to control the shoulder and press them against the mat while you extend your body. But the guy couldn't control the 'high level' wrestler so he just transitioned to an armbar from bottom/guard.
