- Mule Ranching Vlog #43: It's cattle drive season! We use horses and mules to herd the cows over 30 miles. We start in town and end on top of a mountain. The drive is full of bucking horses and runaway cows.

I like how daring you guys are! You aren’t scared to take a fall from a little baby, and I enjoy that. It makes for great content, LOL. Keep it up I love your vids guys!
If there is one thing I've learned by watching your amazing videos is that cows absolutely love to go wherever they want, especially if they're not supposed to be there lmao
Yes
Very accurate
That’s exactly how it goes 😂
They also sometimes turn into mountain goats
Это главный закон коров!!!🤣🤣
The palomino horse makes me think of my old man Buddy, hopefully pastures are green over the rainbow bridge for him.
What an amazing horse. You were blessed to have a horse like that.
Do you have horses
@@deanntolbert467 That I do.
You were blessed with a great horse!
I know you are working, but it looks like so much fun. I also know you have to be careful because it is so easy to get hurt. Love watching y'all in action because of the comaraderie you all have and the fact that there's no profanity being used. If I were in better physical condition, I'd like to ride and herd the cattle with you, but that's not going to happen. Definitely my favorite channel to watch. It's good to watch a wholesome team working together. Thanks for sharing!
Do you like horses
@@deanntolbert467 Yes, I do. Horses are wonderful animals. I've enjoyed many, many hours in the saddle. Wish I were still able to ride, but knee and back injuries prevent that now.
Sitting here at the table drinking coffee and watching this makes me so glad I don't have any cattle anymore.
Man i love it
@@jadarichristian6554 I would have loved it too 40+ years ago. Here's my old grandma words of wisdom to you. With any luck the day will come when you're just not up to doing a lot of the things you could do in the past. So if you want to be happy in those future days do those things now while you can. If you love herding cows, and it does look like a good time, then go do it if there is anyway you possibly can. That is assuming you aren't doing it right now. Someday, probably in your lifetime, that will all be a thing of the past. It makes me sad to think about but that's probably the truth. So if you want to do it go and do it. Someday you'll be old and telling your grandkids stories of how it was in 'the old days'. I wish I could join you but I'd just be old and in the way. God Bless you, don't let anybody piss in your campfire, never rope a coyote and give your horse a pat for me.
@@1coketogo554 thanks*
You know, I myself live and work on a cattle ranch and I have lived here for most of my life. I am still a teenager so when I watch your videos, I can not help but wish that we could have as much fun as you guys do. Most of the time we just go, get the job done, and go home, and do not have many laughs. You guys seem to really enjoy yourselves when you work. Great video!
You must be in Nevada?
@@modocroughstock5700 Wyoming Actually.
As someone who is really young and wants to go into studying about working and living on a ranch with cattle. I can say, You are VERY lucky to be able to do this.
Agreed
i’m in the same boat! I’m young and I have also grown up and lived in the city but a heart for ranching, horses, and the country.
Trust me: don't study. Do.
I am 34, have been living and working on a ranch for 13 months, a case of "adult onset cowboy". There isn't much in a way to study without doing it. I recommend trying it if you're interested.
Hands down my favorite channel
Thank you! 🙏
@@BroncsAndDonks why that idiot is spurring the horse?
@@BroncsAndDonks I love it too because I can “experience” the life I wish I had, but can’t do. Keep the videos coming please
@@miraraaa4306 you can do it

That little dog is crazy and hilarious 😂
HUGE FAN! I am 11 years old and you guys inspired me to work on a ranch when I'm older, I have a horse so I can practice now. thank a lot!
Never too young to start get your parents t take you to some local stockyard and see if any ranchers need a hand you’ll get experience they’ll get free labor it’s a win for everyone
@@jessetaylor6386 thank you for the idea!
man ur lucky. i’m 14 and have always wanted a horse and to work on a ranch, Trying to convince my parents rn and working towards a horse.
Such happy cowboys working in organized chaos. Well done eventually.😂✌🏻

This is one of the funniest videos I ever seen

3:42
awesome job guys
Go Buggs!
(Little dog)
We need more videos❤️👍🏻🇨🇱
Man oh man now that looks like some fun
You need more videos like this
This journey would stress me out. Babies getting separated, holding up traffic and getting on others property. Way to go!!
Ever think about checking fence lines before your cattle drives? Fixing fences are no fun, just wondering which comes first the chicken or the egg🤔
The best videos on RUclips what a great life , God bless and protect them all always.
Just wanted to tell you guys, as a professional western horse trainer... you guys do an amazing job. Keep up the good work!
Its amazing how well youtrain your horses (if u do idk) They don't spook very easily! That dog sure scared the crap outta the cow and almost rammed one of your horses that horse didnt even give a crap!
6:40 How It feels Escorting dinos On Ark before CryoPods
Love y’all because I lived on afam
This reminds me of Raw hide the shoe. Back in the 1950's or 1960's. With Clint Eastwood.
I love Your Videos I Love The Horses And The Mules
Our mom always told us “you weren’t bucked off, you FELL off.” She was right. We should have had bomb proof horses. That dude is spurring. He deserved it. Love the videos.
I am ten and I love horses and cattle I live in the middle of nowhere and I love your chanal
You guys are the best
Y'all are a heck of an adventure! That's liven..
How is he not at 1 mil yet
You guys need a Chuck Wagon. Or you could just stop by the Grub Box. Keep the vids coming.
I like that little dog
This was a serious Cattle Drive...Holy smokes..Damn
That Bull was dossel for sure.
That's some swanky ropin' @11:04! I didn't get to ranch long enough as a kid to become jack squat for a roper, but I remember those calves right off the front of a horse's left side are a trick to catch. (Or anything passing right to left past the front of the horse for a right handed roper.) Damn them for making this stuff look easy! 😄
That little dog cracks me up😂🤣
Judging by the feed in that area, those cows just burned the last 3 days of weight gain! Cowboy up!
Nice drive
Neighbor had a Appaloosa Stallion and every spring he would give me a call when the farmer plowed the field across the road. I would go over and walk Jack over to the field. I would get on Jack and he would start bucking but I could get him to start running. I would run him till he got so tired that he would stop bucking. The rest of the summer anyone could ride Jack without any problem, that was in Southern Illinois.
Love these drives and watching them :) Pal is looking a bit thin don’t starve my horse lol.. much Love ya’ll
Can't wait to to see it
Best video ever
Thanks for a nice long post. It was great to watch. Have a nice safe day and looking forward to more of your post!!

I’m not gonna lie, this looks fun :/ like it’s hard but it’s challenging and enjoyable….

How old is the young man riding Pal the first day? That's the next gen to watch great personality and enjoys the work. Great job young man.
I like how the cars driving by slow down and are like: woah. That’s legendary btw yes I know some slow down because if one comes out they could hit the cow
A cowboys work is never done!

That is cool. Here in Brazil we utilize mules tô work with cows
