Of all the videos I've seen of finishing beats in the MPC software this is the best I've seen. Most say they export the tracks and finish in another DAW. I was building multiple sequences and labeling them Intro, Verse, Chorus but I'm gone try this way.
Thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it man. I don’t know why they bounce it out to another DAW to arrange the track when you can do it in the mpc software. Bro you don’t have to do all of that . Just bounce your track to audio after you are finished with all your sounds and then arrange it. It’s easier that using the song mode . At least to me it’s easier. Give it a try and let me know how you like it. Please consider subscribing if you haven’t already it will help my channel out greatly 👍🏾🙏🏾

Brother I appreciate this walkthrough so much! This was all just absolutely another language for me, but you broke things down in such a simple way. TBH I was just guessing my way through making a beat and in some ways wishing it was as simple as GarageBand. With all the reading and figuring out, it was doing my head in. And thank you for the zooming in on where you were going to, that helped 100 times more.

Hey man, I get up to the point where I'm done with my composition and I want to 'Bounce to New Audio Track' ... I've got 5 tracks in total. I can bounce the first one fine, but then when I try another one I get an error -- "The maximum number of audio tracks has been reached. This operation was not successful". Do you know what I'm doing wrong? And also, why do I only have 8 tracks when you have 128? Thanks!
The reason why you have only 8 tracks is because you are using the free version of the software. You need the paid version to get all 128 tracks. You only get 2 audio tracks with the free version. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate 🙏🏾👍🏾

Thankyou bro. Im slowly Making my way around this programme. Ps how do I change the timing ? Do I have to do it by playing something and then using ctrl+shift+t or can I start in my own rhythm straight off ?
This ‼️‼️‼️ i had no idea how to get anything besides a drum pattern laid down in MPC beats, it seemed so jumbled for me. Almost wanted to switch back to maschine but I haven't made beats in years bro. Thanks to you I'm able to quickly get ideas down, and sequence it. Everything else is secondary. God bless you bro, thank you for using your talent to teach others. BTW i love how you turn it into audio tracks, really gives it a pro tools type vibe.
Thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it. I am glad you find the video helpful. I turn the midi notes to audio because it’s easier for me to arrange my track ones I finish make the beat. The song mode is not good to me. That’s my opinion. Check it out for yourself and let me know how you like the song mode. Akai need to fix that part. Welcome to the channel 🙏🏾👍🏾if you have any questions just hit me up drop a comment
@@doswellbeats I'm with you man. I'd rather get the whole thing laid out with the audio, sequence it that way, and if possible then record the vocals mix and edit all that from one source rather than have one file as the beat and a bunch a vocals........I'm a baby at this though bro. No where near your level lol I've only done some amateur stuff and it's been years. The song mode reminds me of maschine but it seems way more complicated than your method.
Thank you for your videos. When youre in your beat build section (15:60) once you deleted a track section, how do you bring it back? And say if i had a vocal track, how do i copy/paste it to use it down the line like in a chorus. Thank you!

The reason why I do it is because I don’t like the song mode. And the midi notes don’t have a wrapper around them. And it’s easier and faster to structure the beat with the audio because the audio have a wrapper around them. It’s just an easier work flow for me . Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate it. Please consider subscribing if you haven’t 👍🏾

Thanks for the video man! I do have one question however. After transferring your files into audio, are you able to continue to add sounds to that sequence? Maybe this is a dumb question. Newbie here.
+Jeremy thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it. No question is dumb bro. Yes you can add sounds to the same sequence. Just leave out of the audio and go back to midi. been looking everywhere just bought a renaissance. You finally made a video that i needed. I needed to know how to structure the whole song and change where my shit goes. All i thought i can do it make a 8 loop and increase it and change it in midi. Wayy better bouncing audio. Can you manipulate the audio in audio mode with fade in to effect etc? I use studio one for my mastering as well and wondering if MPC has a mastering section.
Yes you can manipulate the audio with fade in and outs. Yes you can also mix and master. Thanks for watching the video I am happy you could use it 👍🏾🙏🏾
Great video brother, I was wondering though, lets say I use this with the MPK mini, is there a way to split the keyboard and the pads so I can play synth and trigger pads simultaneously within this software? Thanks!
Chris Kaufman I am not sure you would have to check the configuration software that came with you MPK MINI IT. Just thinking off the top it should be able to do that especially if you are switching from vst track to a drum track . I don’t see why it shouldn’t. @@doswellbeats Awesome!💪💯 Thank you.
Very nicely done. Helped me get going with MPC Beats.
Welcome to the channel thanks for watching and leaving a comment
That is a brilliant way of making a song. I am going to use this technique. Thanks
Use it bro it’s better than song mode in my opinion 🙏🏾👍🏾🙌🏾
Brother I appreciate this walkthrough so much! This was all just absolutely another language for me, but you broke things down in such a simple way. TBH I was just guessing my way through making a beat and in some ways wishing it was as simple as GarageBand. With all the reading and figuring out, it was doing my head in. And thank you for the zooming in on where you were going to, that helped 100 times more.

Welcome to the channel
after all em technical ass videos I find a brother to break it down simply. SALUTE
Thanks for watching. I am glad you find the video helpful bro. Let me ask you a question? What did you type in the search to find my video .
Beginner thank for tutorial.
No problem. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate it 🙏🏾👍🏾
Thank you for this video man! Not a lot of people have put anything out regarding the actual MPC Studio software. So thank you.

Thankyou bro. Im slowly Making my way around this programme. Ps how do I change the timing ? Do I have to do it by playing something and then using ctrl+shift+t or can I start in my own rhythm straight off ?
you can do it before you start recording it is at the top of the screen. Where it says ( TC )next to the metronome
I saw that everyone seems to have there own way of doing it. But you did introduce something I didn't know I could do on it
Thanks for watching bro I appreciate it 👍🏾🙏🏾
Love from little part of India ❤️❤️🙏I am also learning MPC beats
+Indrajit Debnath thanks for watching I appreciate it man 👍🏾🙏🏾 shout out to India 🇮🇳
Excellent video. I was totally lost as to where and how to start. That was like 3rd grade school easy instruction DB. 😎
Thanks for watching bro I appreciate it man 🙏🏾👍🏾. I am glad you find the video useful and informative
Thank you for your videos. When youre in your beat build section (15:60) once you deleted a track section, how do you bring it back? And say if i had a vocal track, how do i copy/paste it to use it down the line like in a chorus. Thank you!
Hold control or Alt and drag the audio and it will duplicate it
Alt did it! Bless you my man. Thank you for the immediate response as im in my session rt now and thank you for being a leader in the MPC community🙏🏼
Thanks for watching bro I appreciate it 🙏🏾👍🏾🙌🏾

Dam! I've been a MPC Head forever and never knew or thought about bouncing to audio. I've been exporting to reaper and tracking out or just muting tracks in the track mute section. Preciate that pimp 💯 you turned me on to some new shit. Good lookin out.
+Lloyd Jones thanks man I am glad you like the video thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it 👍🏾🙏🏾

Hey, I just posted my first TickTok MPC sample (like 20 sec long), I worked through this tutorial, and did everything you described. After that I was able to make my own samples get them in and make my song-sample. bounce it, Thanks man.
That’s what’s up man just keep grinding and knock them beats out bro 🙏🏾👍🏾
Always love this video this is what helped me thank you. How can you make 1 beat but let’s say I wanna slow the beat down in the middle of it how is that done
+David Hendrickson you can use automation to do that. Just pick the spot you want to slow down and automate it with a vst that slows the audio down
Thanks for this tutorial. Great job!

awesome video! Just curious why did you convert all the midi over to audio? why not just leave it midi?
The reason why I do it is because I don’t like the song mode. And the midi notes don’t have a wrapper around them. And it’s easier and faster to structure the beat with the audio because the audio have a wrapper around them. It’s just an easier work flow for me . Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate it. Please consider subscribing if you haven’t 👍🏾
Thanks mate.
That was a great lesson
Welcome to the channel. I am glad you find the video helpful. Thanks for watching I appreciate it
4 years late I am to your channel. I do have a question please. Do you have a video that explains song creation from as soon as the beats opens? Sorry if my question 🙋 s unclear. Thanks
Welcome to the channel. It’s better late than never. I have a lot of tutorials. Just go to my channel then search for what you are looking for . I have a lot of tutorials for beginners 🙏🏾👍🏾
Thank you! this was so helpful. Im having the hardest time syncing my AXIOM 49 to the software and my mac. There is no place where it says add device or device finder , etc. I went to file , then help there is no icon for it. Nor is it in the other drop down menus. Im looking to see if you have a tutorial on this.
Welcome to the channel. Go to edit preferences and midi you should find it in there. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate it 🙏🏾👍🏾
@@doswellbeats no its not there. someone said get a midi to USB cable and it might work.

MAAAN!!! Thank YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!!! It was really frustrating until I found the is video. New Subscriber!!
Marlin Perkins thanks bro I am glad you find the video helpful and thanks for subscribing I appreciate it man. I do a lot of video for the mpc software
Add more sounds and bounce it to audio again. Make sure you check out my Giveaway of a brand new MPC ONE. To enter get the kit and you will be on the list www.Doswellbeats.com

Question mi using MPC BEATS SOFTWARE with WAVE FORM. Is it better di do everything in MPC OR WAVE FORM? Mi using MPC BEATS AS A PLUGIN. Mi limited wit tis free version because mi wanted to start out and learn di ting before mi get more tracks. Mi really just want to use di MPC for SEQUENCING AND CHOPPING wit di sounds that already come wit di free version. Mainly because mi have massive amount of plugins on mi Mac and mi also use SERATO STUDIOS Because di werk flow is Easy Peasy Breddrin...
.
Yes! Mi do also waan fi add some vocals which di feee version is noh enuff traxx fi dat- So again di question is, is it better to record everything in MPC if mi UPGRADE TO MORE TRAXX OR USE MI WAVE FORM OR SERRATO STUDIOS DAW?
Peace, Blessings ahn Light

For me I only use the Mpc software to make my music. You will have to use it to make that decision. You might not like the mpc work flow . Or you may like it. It’s hard for me to tell you that it’s better than what you are doing. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video mi bredda much respect. Blessings 🙏🏾👍🏾

been looking everywhere just bought a renaissance.
Thanks for watching and commenting on my video I appreciate it bro🙏🏾👍🏾
