Great video! I am starting day 1 today. I had my entire day planned, but my walk wasn’t as long as I thought, so I had an hour free. Instead of smoking I’m going to watch these sort of videos when I get a craving. I know I will feel good but awful at the same time if I smoke

How is weed addictive I’ve been a heavy smoker for about 4 years smoking at least 3 or more grams a day everyday and whenever I can’t go smoke or don’t want to I don’t have a problem with it
Sometimes people for emotional or psychological dependence to a substance or activity to the point where they feel they "need" it or have trouble saying no. The word addiction and the understanding of what causes addiction can be difficult to target. Cause as youve expressed, even if someone smoke weed everyday, it doesnt mean they are addicted. Which I 100% believe many people relate to. Similarly, I used to smoke tobacco with my weed, and I really liked it, but after about a month or two I'd decide to stop and didn't have the same "addicted" type feeling many other cigarette smokers have. I think the question is not really about the substance (weed or tobacco) I think it's more so the individual relationship one has to it. I hear you though. And I'm glad you dont't have a problem with it!
My struggle is when get angry about somthing. It's so hard for me to feel better after....
