Joe Biden on the move with increased security for Northern Ireland trip 🚔 🇺🇸

- As President Joe Biden and Rishi Sunak travel by motorcade from the Grand Central Hotel in Belfast to the Ulster University, there is a signicantly increased security presence due to the heightened threat level in Northern Ireland.
The motorcade was far greater in size than trips to other parts of the UK, and when Obama came to Belfast in 2013, while the route was cleared of traffic, and all buildings searched. There was also a notable presence of the iconic Armoured Land Rovers of the Police Service of Northern Ireland.
The terror threat level was recently raised by the UK Government / MI5 due to increased trouble in the area.
The President gave remarks on the Good Friday Agreement's 25th anniversary in Northern Ireland before heading to the Republic of Ireland.

What do you guys think of the second camera? One camera stays still and gives you the overall shot, one camera focuses/zooms in. We did this in Poland and it was well received.

I enjoy seeing your videos from across the pond. I see it often here in DC so it’s normal to see how they do it here but over there it’s very impressive!
I'm diggin' the decoy method they're using by havving two identical limos with identical plates with two white-haired ol' timers sitting in the back seat of each, and on top of that both limos leapfrog each other throughout the motorcade. That's pretty clever if you ask me. I mean, Biden could have been riding in that Kia for all we know.

anywhere a serving president of the United States goes his entourage has always included an ambulance, two if the vice President is also on the trip. It is standard procedure anywhere they go in the world. There was actually three in this emtourage, the first one is the black one that is made with thick armoured plating , then the two regular ones that followed.
The ambulance is probably there to change his Depends, and get his favourite ice cream Out of the fridge , to keep him going , and keep him alert if possible .

One limo is a decoy.
Limo 1 takes the RPG.
They do the same thing with the Marine Ones. There'll be three and they'll just be cycling around so it's hard to tell which one actually has him. The limos do that too to try to add some opacity as to which one he's actually riding in. It is pretty rare to get it on video like that, especially so up close.

Because the most cost effective thing to do in going green is to take a fleet of custom vehicles all of which are carefully designed for years for their specific roles and figure out a way to make an enormously costly modification and replacement setup to get them to be green. You know, instead of developing standardized methods and equipment for the standardized models of vehicles on American roads.

Noticed an awful lot of the service vehicles (police and ambulance) had the letters GZ in the plates. Does this signify them as government vehicles or is it like the UK and they all happened to be registered in the same area?
Northern ireland plates have 3 letters with a Z at the end.

I have been there, stuck in traffic cus obamas convoy is coming through. WAs like an hour no one could move their cars. Then i saw his vehicle pass and we get moving. I remember thinking why are state troopers in an ambush setting.
