Because she always centered them right in the middle of the note and controlled her vibrato in them. Pitchwise, musically, executionwise and deliverywise no other era's Bb6s can compare to Charmbracelet Era And the tone of her whistles in Charmbracelet Era was the best tone I have ever heard out of her mouth in terms of whistle register!! PS: Beacon Theatre 2014. That last Bb6 from that era reminds me of Charmbracelet Era Whistles.

They were definitely at their most head voice like then, thankfully they’ve started to sound a bit more airy and whistle tone like recently
