I watched this to see how you played it because there's only one video I can find of Tony iomi actually playing that song and it's very grainy but his hands are where yours are and all the lesson videos are different though they're all playing the same thing but where you play it does make a huge difference but I think you're pretty close if not spot on with the positions from the video I seen of Tony playing it

Just learn how to pick with your thumb first then ring finger and then index fast. The chords are easy to find on the Web.
