Cliff I'm in Georgia and I absolutely love your videos. You're always pleasant, never nasty or mean. You don't peddle drama or click bait. You are a 100% wholesome content creator. Cheers man!
Agree!!
Thanks I have used 183 over the years to travel to and from the Mts. Taking 901, 54 ,180 to 15. Used to be Pat Garret's Sheepskin Store at 78 and 183. He had a bar too, one night a man asked if his 13 yr old daughter could sing a song. Pat let her and it was I believe it was Taylor Swift first time singing on stage.
What an enjoyable trip, rain and all. I miss road trips so much, but at least I can go with you. Some of those redbud trees were so beautiful. Pennsylvania is a beautiful state. Lovin this ❤️ ❤
Its always colder in Schuylkill county. Our trees bloom later.
The current restaurant at the airport is Kingers
Really enjoyed this video. It was so very relaxing. Thanks for taking me along. Please take care
Straight through my hometown of bernville I have to use 183 to go almost anywhere else
Nice to see a fellow Bernville resident on here
I've made a deal with myself. If I can get some chores done around the condo, I can watch this video as a treat. 😊
U make cool videos
Look forward to seeing Route 72, I know that highway well...
We enjoy your videos.
typical rainy cloudy Pa Day ...lol. still enjoyed the video driving videos are always nice
Thanks Cliff I enjoy your ride alongs. Always fun times
There is something so fun about a slow ride through the country side. I live in once upon a time rural Texas, but now there are thousands of people in our town now because of explosive growth and there are no more slow drives. People drive around 75/80mph on our two lane roads and it becomes dangerous, we don't do them anymore. Kind of sad.
Nice to see 183 again. I have traveled that segment many times.
Rt 209 is a beautiful drive as well
Lived in Reading until I was 11 years old. Watched the Blue Angels fly at the Reading Airport many times. My oldest brother had his wedding reception at a restaurant near the airport called Riveredge, which I believe is now closed.
568 and 724 would be some good videos
We used to get wings at the Reading Airport back in the ‘90s. They were the best around, which is kind of offbeat.
Big points for no music by the way.
This is the route i take to get up to Famous Reading Outdoors up in the Skook to rip some SXS. Beats 61 👍👍🇺🇸
Thaks for the great video of193. You ended on part of 183 i take to Pottsville and Jim Thorpe when i go up.
Greetings from Germany😊. I enjoy your videos. There are a lot of beautiful spots along your road trip. Keep it up and thank you.
Nice drive...Rain always makes m e sleepy lol...
Seeing signs for Allentown makes me think of the Billy Joel song. Nice video. Can’t wait for my hubby and me to take a road trip this summer.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I used to pick up 183 at 443 on my way to work in Pottsville, back in the day. Not much seems to have changed, except maybe the old Alcoa plant looks like it was torn down? Thanks for sharing!
back in the early 80s I looked at 30 acres on top of the mountain to buy , it included the site of the old fort and the ruins of the old hotel and a pond the AP trail went thru it , but the real estate agent told me they were asking too much for it . The were asking 30,000.00 dollars ....HA .... I often wonder who bought the land, I heard it is state game lands now
Awesome place thanks i enjoyed watching
Living in the Philly/delco area, and appreciate most regions in Pennsylvania way over Philly. Feel Pennsylvania is one of the prettier states in the union for sure. Especially the Rural n wilds of the state. Thanks for sharing 🤙
Infamous 183. Especially bad between my hometown of Bernville and US-222.
Thanks. Been meaning to walk Bern cemetery. I am not far. Rehresburg
A pleasant ride without a lot of traffic, oh that'right it's not Long Island. I'm not used to seeing quiet roads. That one cherub was a little grouchy looking.
didnt visit the sheepskin shop
I been to the covered bridge by riding e-bike on the canal trail. I like taking a driving once a year on 61 up to Sunbury
Look at yesterday 80's today 60'sgreat video as always ty Steve On To The Next YES 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I was at the air port way back when wild wings were there. They used to have an all you can eat, I tried the hottest which was I believe attempted suicide… it ended up closing years ago, currently the place there is Klingers.
Very disappointed you didn't stop at Way Har and get some ice cream and Amish baked goods!
Miserable day for a drive.
Welcome to Pennsylvania.
Reading looks as bad as Harrisburg.
