- Nevadas Most Famous Ghost Town is off I-15.
Just south of Las Vegas off Interstate 15 is Nevada’s most famous ghost town.

Very nice history on Goodsprings, far better than others, ( allegedly ) 😂
Seriously, very good and thorough and entertaining 🙂
Tell Marty he's to good looking to be on the radio! HaHa! Love that hat Sally!
Hahaha I will! Thanks 😁
Made much more famous because it's the start of the greatest game of all time, Fallout New Vegas! Cool visit!
Interesting that the oldest lead mine in Nevada 7:39 was in Potosi. There is a Potosi in Wisconsin that has a lead mine.
"Pilots in their skivvies" Hilarious! Sally, you're a bad, bad girl!
You & Marty are a perfect pair!!
♥️♥️
I love you guys! Thanks for sharing your travels with us.
Pssst, Sally!
Ebay has a ton of air raid sirens, all sizes, all prices! Motorized and hand cranked for that special someone in your life.
One being a big arsed German WWII crank job for only $1899.00!
Order today!! 👍😉
Hahaha I don’t think so 😂 it wouldn’t be good for my mental health.
Mol-lib-da-nim. Got its name from an old prospector that had a wife or daughter named Molly. Molly be damned. Good place to visit. When I lived in Searchlight NV. I often tested ores from that area. You have to check out the radio station in Pahrump. Marty would love it's history.😊
You two are Wild an Far Out there. As always, safe traveling and Thumbs up!😎👍
I got Sally and Marty, on my mine.
Check out Rhyolite up near Beatty. There's a house made of old glass bottles among other things. And thank you for saying Nevada properly...
Very nice and informative! A perfect tour of an old Nevada mining town. Thank you Sally and Marty for such a nice tour!! 👍😃
Glad you enjoyed it 😁
Hi, Sally. Thank you for your video. Welcome and Best wishes. ❤
👍 fieldstone!
Thanks!
Great video. Troughs in a bathroom? On May 5th I flew out to Oakland for my last A's game. I forgot about the long troughs they had at the Coliseum. ;-)
Doug and Pam
You know where......
Hello Sally and Marty from Longview Texas.
Lets go ask Marty. Yessss!!
Depending on when the first day of school was in 1913 my dad would have been 1 year old on August 23
Nice HAT 👒SALLY...WHAT'S UP MARTY 😊😊
You said that would be in the early teens of the 1900s. Kind of weird that eventually we'll be saying "back in the 20's" and mean the 2020s and no longer the 1920s.
Great history video! I would love to tour Nevada without feeling obligated to go to Vegas and now I feel more that way than before after watching this. I have been to Vegas twice now and my wife would probably disagree with my feeling that all casinos start to feel too much alike really quickly. No 2 small towns are that much alike and I know I won’t end losing a bunch of cash either.
Another great find ! I never visited this , all the times I been in Vegas !
I'm recovering from left hip replacement ! I'm doing well !
Lots of history on this video !
So glad to hear Glenn! Take it easy, we’re wishing you a speedy recovery over here.
@@SightseeingSally I SALLY & MARTY !
LEFT HIP WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE RIGHT ! walking almost normal now !
Great place for the friends you meet.
Hi sally and marty, thanks for the great vid as usual, when you were talking about vanadium reminded me of a town not far away from where you were by kingston and hillsboro nm over the emory pass going toeard silver city is a town named vanadium for obvios reasons last time i eas thru there there was still some old headframes and such dont know if you made it over there, but theres quite a bit to exlore over there a gold mining area named pinos altos vanadium, and then all around silver theres big copper mines still operating chino and tyrone both have some awesome pits to see the chino one has a lookout its quite a marvel to see, if you didnt get there maybe next time through you can check it out happy and safe trails be careful!
I went to a school that is now on the historic list. No longer used as a school though. Travel safe.
Enjoyed your video
Great video. Thanks!!
I found an old cemetery North of Baker, California on the way to Death Valley and they left coins on the grave sites, too. I made 65 cents that day! SCORE! Then I found out they leave the money there so their relatives can spend it in the afterlife. Doh! I kind of felt bad for a few seconds, but c'mon now it was free money!
I was in MAUI WERE YOU TWO THERE ALSO ?
My junior high school, 7-8 grade is now the sight of McDonalds restaurant.
Love 2:39 😂
Molybdenum (Mol-lib-den-um) and Vanadium (Van-aid-ee-um) are minerals used in the production of steel. Henry Ford's steel foundries made high quality, rust resistant steel alloys with these minerals and used in his Model T's and A's. Ts and As...HAHAHA!🤣🤣🤣
OMG you would have made a great saloon girl.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
thank you so much
It’s his sausage!
Kool aid and vodka!
Hey Sally,
I just watched your video and I must say it's really helpful and well made.
I was wondering if I could help you design your thumbnails for better CTR? Wanna try out a free one?
Did you two ever consider snake boots? or am I way off base? I have never been out that way.
What's the sense in going 2 Goodsprings if u can't get CLOSE 2 most of the sites ?
Death valley
