I've had my 22 for three months and love it. I have the 3.0 diesel and get 27-28 mpg. I don't have the super cruise and the armrest in mine has a center area for your cell and different wheels but other than that I think it's all the same. My MSRP was 81k. This is the best review I have seen. GREAT JOB~!!!
I got mine last week and it is awesome. I had a 2 wheel 2019 Denali with the 5.3 and miss the fuel mileage but this truck is beautiful and the adaptive cruise is awesome. Self driving is untested but I am sure it will be slick. My wife likes the massage seats as well.
Nice truck, but 87k is steep right now. The drive train is the best. No panoramic roof (shame on u GM). I like last years wheels better. Supercruise is nice, but I can live without it. Still using Bose stereo . I'm looking at a 2021 Ram 1500 limited, 52k. Panoramic roof, Harman Kardon stereo, I like the vertical infotainment, and the rear seats recline and heated/a/C. But hey, you can't go wrong much with any of the Big Three trucks! Great review. Thx
Very nice truck! One thing I don't like is losing the ability to turn the heated steering wheel on or off independently from the heated seats. I have a Silverado 1500 LT and there are many times that I use the heated steering wheel without having the heated seats on.
Idk it’s a bad ass truck but I dont see a real truck guy using this truck to do real truck things it’s to nice the more stuff they add to these trucks the less reliable they become if money is no issue then ya why not
I have the 2023 High Country same options except for the funky tailgate and the Super cruise and out the door was $20.000 less. Please do some research unless you want to pay $20000 more for a GMC badge.
As a Sierra owner that is exactly when the Truck falls apart. Better get rid of it before then. I won't go into mechanical issues, I don't think I can go over 3000 characters with a RUclips comment....
Really love the denali ultimate and for me being autistic I think it would be the right luxury truck to haul my horse with. Especially with that 6.2L besides about the only truck I'd buy from GM anyways Denali or denali ultimate most likely. Generally a Ford and Ram guy but eversince that truck came out felt madly in love with the interior it's so gorgeous. GMC killed it with that denali ultimate as a competitor can't wait for the 2500 denali ultimate HD to come out as well.
I bought a new 2023 fully loaded regular Denali. There are too many things on the Ultimate I don't like. We are getting a freak end of season snow so I drove it home and parked it in the garage. Driving my 2008 GMC Sierra 3500 instead right now.
Very nice truck. I think that I would prefer the Diesel engine and I don’t think that I would ever use the Supercruise so I could do without that option. Otherwise I would keep this truck in mind if I were to win the lottery. Thanks for the video.
I really don't care for sunroofs. The panoramic is nice but I don't care to have one in a pickup really. I did just buy one of these Ultimates on Friday though. Picking it up sometime this week when they call. They wanted to make sure the $85k check I wrote them clears before I can have it and I have to get up with my insurance. Going to be the first truck I ever had with a sunroof. I actually put my head through a sunroof before in a car when a damn farm tractor turned like 15 feet in front of me and I was doing 60mph. Hit that thing hard. This was in 01 was driving my 00 Cougar. Hit it so hard I broke the front axel right out from under the tractor.
I haggled and got a 22 refresh normal Denali for 65k. I don’t have supercruise, or the baseball leather seats. It’s not worth $20,000 extra for that. GM has lost their damn minds.
The pin stripes are nice👍not stupid u must be young .the chrome grill is the Denali not the ultimate the atmosphere brown interiors on the regular Denali is beautiful
Yeah but what is your house worth today lol. I mean in 95 the most loaded pickup you could buy was probably $25k new. What I don't understand is how the diesel is the same price as the 6.2 now actually think they are doing a deal where they are knocking money off the diesel. Diesels are always more expensive. These start at like $82k. I bought one Friday and out the door was right around $85k since we don't have crazy taxes here it was only $500 for tax.
It's very simple it's not worth it. The people coming in here defending the price are the problem people here they are the ones that keep making the dealers think these are normal prices. But what I will say is to you buying these trucks at these prices keep doing what your doing buy them up I say buy a crap ton of them eventually the price of the used market will stabilize and then I'll be able to pick up a beautifully slightly used truck for a great price. The price of these fully loaded trucks should be expensive but they have gone too far.
Ultimate has was to much unnecessary crap like massage seats. Love to color but that diarrhea brown interior is ugly. They should offer custom interior colors for that price.
No not worth it because the evidence suggest only 1 % of these will be on the road at 200,000 miles. Think about that if you need a 72 month loan to get into one of these, since making $1000+ monthly payments will become gruesome after the warranty is gone and a typical repair will set you back $4000 to fix those extraordinary electronics. At any rate this truck is like a very shiny fishing lure, which will easily hook dumb fish. Don’t be a dumb fish.
Imagine thinking a Mercedes Maybach just ain’t “worth” it’s price point because they don’t routinely make it to 400,000+ miles without a single issue. Lol. Let me guess, you’re a Ford, RAM or Tundra guy. I think you missed the point of the trim and possibly the entire reason behind this truck’s existence. It’s a GMC SIERRA Denali *Ultimate.* It’s a *luxury* pickup truck and you’re not buying $87k worth of reliability - there’s also no such thing. You’re paying $87k for the design, luxury, technology and convenience you’re acquiring - also anybody making payments on this after the warranty is up probably couldn’t afford it from the beginning anyway. Either way, how does it affect you? Worry about your own pockets. That’s at least how _I_ shop. 🤷🏽♂️
Just got my diesel ultimate with super-cruise yesterday… ordered it 16 months ago… crazy wait time. no money down… 5 years of payments. 99 thousand dollars out the door with taxes and upgrading bumper to bumper warranty to 8 years 100k miles. Why would anyone pay anything down when you can use your money to make more money and at the same time get 2.9 % from gmc? Even a bank CD is over 5% right now…

The price is just. Insane. I drive the 2018 model. It’s our last denali we will own. Just too pricey.
Good video, thanks for making it. I pick up mine in a few days and can’t wait. Ordered it August 1, 2022. Beautiful truck for sure.

Arrrrrgh! Those dealers that add that cheesy pinstripe and then try to charge $800 for it!
Good luck buying one, dealers adding market adjustments are just insane....
you mean i get telescoping steering wheel for 87,000!! what a deal !!!!
Front camera was needed on my bmw to keep me or anyone driving my car from driving too far over that parking block
Nice touch playing a video through the sound system
Glad you liked it!
Felicidades Excelente La Información
Saludos y Un Fuerte Abrazo Desde San Martin Texmelucan Puebla México
All i can imagine is half these electronics not working 150k miles down the road

Great truck, I have the 2021 AT4 but not sure I would be willing to spend that much

You’re welcome, Brad! Thank you for taking the time to watch and for the feedback.
I have have a F150 with the full glass roof. I perfer a standard sunroof. Or not even 1 at all
Thank you for sharing, Michael!

Ive got the Denali, not the Ultimate. I dont see where the extra $10k is..

If it wasn't for Ford there wouldn't be a tailgate step at all
Why is GM using google assistant? Bad move GM. Google already tracks 90% of what we do, way to give them the last 10%.
Show the secret button. That's not chrome. That's plastic.
Not even close!!!!!!!! WAY WAY OVERPRICED JUST LIKE HOUSING!!!!!!!!
Tires are not worth it in the rain and snow.
She's a beautiful girl but that's what my house cost when I bought it in 1995 I don't know who can afford 90 gs for a truck but I know I cant
Yeah but what is your house worth today lol. I mean in 95 the most loaded pickup you could buy was probably $25k new. Nope sure not what happened to the bold honey chrome grill update of course not this cheap crap they give u now for more money

Why the hell would a dealer have pin stripes done to any freaking vehicle?! Ugh! Nobody wants that stupid crap.
One word “markup”
I clicked the video to say NO, k thanks see ya
If you like it he truck buy the plain and simple if not move on it’s not that serious
Ultimate has was to much unnecessary crap like massage seats. Love to color but that diarrhea brown interior is ugly. They should offer custom interior colors for that price.
Hell no
No way. Don't even have to watch video.
easy answer....no

What evidence are you speaking of…oh you’re just making stuff up, I get it.

I disagree totally if you like it but it you only live once plus I am having minds built as we speak
@@countwalker9362 I ordered one just like this but with the diesel in December, looking forward to it arriving!!
My 2024 with 2k miles trade in value is $68k. These trucks are trash.
Ahh nope
