In this video we take a look at one of the most anticipated rivalries in recent track & field history. After their race in Budapest last year Jakob Ingebrigtsen and Josh Kerr haven't versed each other but have gone back and forth and now its now time for action

Fun fact ,the surname Kerr comes from the Norwegian word kjarr meaning marsh dweller .I would say that Josh is most likely descended from Vikings.
The only reason people are dumb enough to romanticize Vikings is because they're so far removed from the historical events surrounding them that they paint their own rosy picture. You don’t run under the Scottish flag you run under the British flag in athletics apart from the commonwealth games. Seb Coe was never referred to as English at the olympics but British.

That man needs a good dose of humility,no doubting his talent but to belittle an opponent who beat you fair and square is so out of order,I sincerely hope they race many times this season where I expect ingebrigtsen to come out on top in the diamond league where to be honest it doesn't really matter,it's a money thing with that and it's clear that making money is more important than medals at champs where it seems after the last two worlds Jakob has no grit and folds at the slightest bit of pressure.And to be honest Jakob need to remember where Josh is from,we don't take that shite from anybody,this is a country where when the terrorists came our guys beat the crap out of him when he was on fire.so as we say here ,square go big man.
I think being best all races except one during the whole season is worth more than the wc title. Not sure about Jakob's form now, but I think the pace on the mile will be set so fast in Eugene that Kerr won't be able to keep up. It will be something like last year, with only Nuguse keeping up. The positive thing about their banter is that more ppl will discover the sport. Earlier you barely heard anything about the sport in media.

В сентябре 2023 схватка Ингебрингсена и Нугуса привела к очень высоким результатам: 343.73- рекорд Европы и 343.97- рекорд обеих Америк. Якоб и Нугус может и талантливей Керра , но он сильнее их обоих ментально. Он очень уверен в себе и умеет психологически воздействовать на соперника и выбить его из калеи это может стать решающим фактором

@@james_addison Good by 6 seconds in the 2 mile, not that much of a difference, and it's only a 6 second difference because it's outdoors, whereas Josh Kerr ran 8 flat indoors, a 2 second difference in both the mile and 1500, and we only have his 5k time at 13:27 right now, however Kerr's 5k shape is probably around sub 12:50 or so, and Kerr has a faster 800 and probably faster 400 than Jakob. So by good you mean better than Kerr by a few seconds at most.
