Then they’d let the parboiled pork marinate in the Epis overnight, then fry it in fat or oil the next day. Without the Epis it’s not Griot.
@@OnlyLilynn44 yes I do agree with you but nowadays it's the amount of epis or the kind of epis that they are implementing that is removing the authenticity of the griot that makes it impossible to get the taste the griot is suppose to have.
