You're in Idaho right? I'm about an hour north of Spokane. I worked around plummer Idaho two years in late summer when Washington was shut down for fire season.

We run cut to length with a harvester and forwarder. That log max is fast and smooth and so is your operating. I run a cat 501hd with fixed head. Cut mostly hardwood works well but not as fast
