I never considered the idea of using leg guards for bracers before, which I should have considering I used soccer pads for bracers on my deathstroke costume. Definitely something to look into since my soccer pads for the arm guards could be repainted to look like leather bracers.
You do realize he's a Templar right? The Cross gave it away...

Really someone should build the hookblade it would be so neat
Bad move to jump from a rough sketch to fabrication. It would have saved time to generate a design brief so you could determine what you were capable of in the time given and fabricate a blade without spending time and money on failures and dead ends. But that is a very common mistake that people make and you finished it with a good result so it could have been much worse. Also bonus points for the red and black colour mix. They have always been my favorite blend for customisations.

This Hidden blade of your look amazing.The hokey arm guards are good in holding any attacks in some hokey sports,its also useful when you customizing for protection or for the military use if you are in the army when they sent you to take some terrorists down.Your design is something else.This idea of your got me interested in your modern hidden blade of yours.Can you tell me more of the details designs of yours, i would like to hear it.I am all ears.

if you go to a clinic you might be able to use "brace" material that gets heated in water and hardens when it cools, that way you can mold it to the shape of your arm for placement. wear your sleeve for protection for *first mold= placement of straps...
*second mold for fine cut adjustment and comfort
on the *third mold to add texture using fish net stockings or a tangerine crate net
the color of the brace material is usually white so you can use your mad skills w/a set of sharpie pens to finalize the look

my interest in parkour started with prince of persia, which then moved onto assassin's creed and mirror's edge and then i learned about parkour itself. i want to train in the flexibility associated with parkour and then the parkour moves themselves (i know them, but i can't do them).
after that i want to start a parkour group and call it "The Creed Parkour" with costumes styled after assassin's creed. i modified one of my thin black coats to have a hood and tail flaps both in the front and back. once i've got it set up, i want to customise it with things like props from the games. i have edward's hidden blade modded so it has no blade and the button looks pressed constantly (so it's slimmer). but i really want a working 3D-printed one. pity ammnra's makes are too expensive.
Thats sooo funny that you said that because just a few years ago me and my friends did something super similar. i think it was around 2 years ago (i'm 15) that i was VERY into assassins creed over summer brake. i was out of town for almost two months and all I was doing while on vacation was some what learning parkour. so when i came back to my city and met up with my friends again i kind of swayed them in my direction and got them interested in learning as well (theres like 4 kids in my main group of closer friends). Everyday we would go around our neighborhood climbing walls, learning vaults, finding routes to get around quicker and quieter , and just lots of awesome stuff. The funniest part was when we'd go to our park (its like a 2 story playground so there's plenty of parkour opportunities) and we'd challenge the "tough athletic kids" to a game of infected tag and we'd basically make it unplayable for them. Btw infected tag (basically zombie tag) was probably the best training i ever had no joke and i definitely recommend it to everyone no matter what skill level lol. So anyways the main thing i wanted to tell you, We decided we needed a name for our group or crew so we called it........ THE CREED (thats why thats so funny that you said that)! So after like 6 months of probably the best times i ever had, the creed kinda faded away. not like any of us, we still all hang out just as much but for some reason everyone lost interest in it (i pushed for it as hard as possible). but i'm still just as in to it as before (maybe a little less) so i still "train" all the time, but now its just me and its nights when me and my friends aren't hanging out.
so yeah thought i'd share that lol. but yeah i DEFINITELY recommend your idea 100%. but beware that everyone might lose interest over time. The Creed!

Plot armor
Simple. It might be one guy, but they will still take caution just like real soldiers and police. Never underestimate ANYTHING, even if it’s one person. They know what the assassin is capable of, and yes they could easily just run up and blast him away, once again, taking caution makes them prevent this. Also, we saw how the assassin dealt with the situation so yeah, he’s got skills. Could say ‘plot armor’, but this is how they do things in real life and it does make sense

The video is really cool, you also did a really good job with the fabrication. My only critique which is too late now is when you throw the flash bang which activates with your watch. There is a lot more time in there than I think is realized. You turn the watch on instead of selecting the "blow up" function, you just switch it to the main page setting. If you wanted a realistic approach you should either already have the app selected prior to tossing the grenade or just have it be a modern flash bang lol. Most infiltration and extraction teams are well equipped to deal with flash bangs, so I think I would have skipped that and gone right to the lights off before they even got into the kitchen. I just like to be immersed entirely into a movie I'm watching, so if there is something off it goes off like a siren. Overall you still did a great job! You should be proud

Probably should try and reduce the amount of the blade tip sticking out too, less chances of accidentally cutting your own wrist open, lol. Perhaps make the case longer to compensate, or even just make the dual stage blade that Ezio uses as the 1st stage acts like the blade sheath.

you are aware that the hidden blade, if it is modernized, has to be able to pierce most modern body armor but that is only if its possible, now of course I never had the AC4 blade replica but god damnit I wish I do, be great for cqc

your props were great but felt that your use of the apple watch was pretty useless your special effects are okay but you need to work on explosions I suggest looking up a man named Michael Bay your acting was very sloppy but that just means there is room for improvement I suggest you see about taking acting classes these are very useful but can be quite pricey

Nathaniel Tangeman I think it would go well with this vambrace. The only concern I would have is with how it's designed to strap to your arm. You would not want the elastic straps to overlap the sliding mechanism... since it is exposed on that prop. It might require some modifications to the vambrace, but I am sure it is workable.
