In fact, part of the therapy is to talk to other people and friends about it to then realized that the same issue has happened to many men with their first experience. It happened to me as well, but in my case I was 15 and, because of peer pressure, I went to have sex with a prostitute! Big mistake! Of course, it was difficult to get an erection and when I barely got it I ejaculated! So called premature ejaculation! That single event affected my sex activity for life, even after getting married and having 3 kids! Every time I went to have sex I had this anxiety and worry that the same thing could happen again! I did get help with a therapist for the chronic anxiety and over time it got better!
Same, Joe; lots of guys ejaculate too fast, especially in the beginning. My wife always wanted it to take longer, but it only got a little bit better. A HS biology teacher once said that every dude has his own time, when it comes to that. I've been told I "do everything fast". Maybe you and I are just wired that way!

20yo virgin here. I think this was your BEST video so far, because it's so detailed, personal and relatable. Obviously me being a virgin, I can't relate to it, but I believe it's really relatable to other young men who've been in a similar situation.
I've been with one girl and my experience with her was somewhat different from the average experience. I was hard pretty much all the time when I was with her, to the extent that being hard was a problem instead of a goal. We didn't even need to be touching or kissing, she could get me hard by just looking into my eyes and talking with me casually. She was cute as hell and my first girlfriend and I loved her, and I've been thinking that I'm very different from the average guy. I was physically ready to have sex with her pretty much every moment I was with her. I was watching porn at the time but unlike most guys I looked at sexy pictures on reddit and imagined myself having sex with the girl instead of watching a video of two people doing it. I believe this played a factor in me not developing all that anxiety from porn.
Me and my girlfriend were a few times in a situation where we could've had sex, but we never did. She didn't want to, mostly probably because at the time I was a little bitch who prioritized her. She left me after just one month of being together and it's been roughly 2 years now and I'm still a virgin but I don't feel bad about it, anymore.

God damn, I'm so sorry man. Yeah, I'm 21 and still a virgin. The difference between us, though, is that I never had a girlfriend. I think that's mainly because I've always struggled with mental health issues and even right now as I'm typing this, I'm nowhere where I need to be in terms of finding a potential partner, both physically and mentally.

The worst part is the pep talk after we lose it. Feeling awkward at that time was a given. Having her try to calme down made it so much worse. The solution for me was NOT to plan it and just hope for the sequencing of events to drive us. It worked out allowing mother nature take over and just drive us. Major caveat here: the first time we did it without condom. For the entire month after that we both were very nervous. BTW no porn here. Before or after. Both my older brothers had warned me about the side effects of porn. In ther words, I don't have the excuse of porn did it.
