Yes you can use either a plantronics EHS lead (for remote answering) if your phone is compatible or a hand set lifter (if it isnt) which does the same job.. if you have a choice, go for the EHS lead

You need to buy a cable from their website or amazon and the cable is very expensive, then possible. My recommendation if you want to pay more then 300 Euro then everything works good otherwise it’s just money wast because to work everything you need a lot of device to buy. I bought one for 120 Euro and then a cable for between 70 to 80 Euro and then a MDA220 for 100 euro and still something missing 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
