    You might have a dodgy gas solenoid on your mig, because this machine should definitely have automatic and adjustable gas control with the mig trigger, just like on the tig.

      Agreed, mine only uses gas when I press the trigger on the MIG. I rarely turn the bottle off unless I'm done for the day

    Hey mate. I have the same welder and had a crack at ally mig, 3mm with feed at 16m and 19v you have to move fast but worked well, I didn't change out the liner, just sent it and happy days. Hope this helps.

    I have the exact same welder, 100% rate it. For the price point, what you get for it, imo it a great value quality 4 in one. Got a spool gun for mine, way better than the Teflon liner setup, downside is the spool gun is bigger. My only gripe is the fan noise. I made a welding cart that has 2 bottles behind welder, one argon, one Argo shield, so the cord in middle doesn’t bother me as it come out between. Great video 👍

    Hello. Have you ever tried the TIG Pulse feature at a low setting of one or two pulses per second, which can be helpful for some of us newbs for developing a rhythm & muscle memory.

  • @alansmith9703

    Specs are confusing. It says HF ac tig and Lift start dc tig. I assume that's just a typo error and the HF will also operate for DC tig ?

    Hi there, I’m mainly concerned with welding 1.2 mm mild steel panels on a classic car. Can you please advise on wire feed rate, amps and voltage as well as gas flow pressure? Also not sure of settings in the menu other then wire size. Thank you (manual is fairly useless here)

    What did the trailer weigh unloaded. Been tossing a alloy trailer up for about three years but weight to price is the decider.

    • @Kenny_B
      @Kenny_B  Год назад

      Hey mate, I didn't get around to weighing it unloaded. With the canopy full of camping gear (just thrown in loosely cuz i haven't done the proper canopy fitout yet), roof top tent on, and the buggy on the back, it weighed in right on 2,000kgs

    With the Lincoln 200M being a bit longer than a lot of welders. What propriety welding cart did you find that was suitable. Or did you build your own….?
    If so, have you got any info, sketches etc that would assist in me building a similar cart please.

    • @Kenny_B
      @Kenny_B  22 дня назад +1

      Hey mate, have a look at my most recent video on the Tri Machine Welder Cart. That’s what I’m using now. In the video I also show the previous cart and the top shelf I folded up out of aluminium for it to fit the longer welder 👍🏼

      Edit: Subsequent to your reply.
      I have just ordered the WTC-800 Tri-cart welding trolley from H&F. Thanks to the excellent information on this vid and the cart vid you recommended. You have saved me from a lot of deliberation and possibly getting a sub-standard item. Thanks heaps.
      Bought you a coffee too… (seems not much of a thank-you really, but enjoy it anyway).
