How many times should YOU train per week?

    Great video mate. I'm trying to build a program around my judo. I typically work 6 days on, 4 off, 10 hours but the third week i do 4/4. I'm finding it difficult to train consistently because i can do judo 5 times a week also. Is it ok to mix and match these plans or would they interfere with each other? What do you recommend?

      @@silentfox8628 I would recommend you prioritising judo until something goes wrong however you need to think how much availability you have for training per week. Judo is very hard on the body. Could you do 4 judo and 2 full body strength?
      The gold standard for those on my programme though is 3 hard strength sessions per week and I'll tell them, to knock a martial arts session on the head to give the joints some extra love
