For example if you want to improve your pronunciation try to speak more, dont be afraid of the mistakes you can make, read a lot loudly, learn English in Phrases and even Sentences this is the way the vocabulary is better settled in our memory. What do I mean, if we need to improve our Pronunciation, we have to speak a lot, read a lot Loudly.....and if we want to be better in Grammar we have to Learn Grammar Rules and to write a lot.....the best way to learn a language is to work on it every day little by little....try to dedicate 5 minutes several times a day to learning and practicing.
