Please! Keep it as an SV, do NOT do the SVJ kit, i LOVE the SVJ but the SV is just more special and more rare (around 400 of them, Lambo built over 900 SVJ's).
They will muck it up !
Yeah I agree the car needs to stay a true SV. Maybe a few little mods but SV all the way
Yeah but they won't keep it a sv. There is to many after market upgrade. And usually people would rather see it with svj but I don't really car I built 90s 2000s area so I have no say

I like seeing the guys take their time and slowly inspect the car. They have the potential to get a lot of quality content with this one as long as they don’t rush it.

Hope you take your time with this one, it will be challenging with the exterior and paint process. It is good to hear the parts are reasonably available.
Everything they are saying, tells me they are getting sub par parts from ebay. Similar to the Porsche, which they did have issues with. I do hope I'm wrong, and they're getting genuine panels for it, not FRP copies
Yes guys! Please please take your time and make it perfect! I want to see a channel finally do that and your style of filming this build is super awesome, extremely chill, no stupid time lapses, we want to see it all. Also dont rush with firing it up, take your time, check plugs, borescope the cylinders, change the oil and then fire it up.

Check the part numbers, most of the parts are used on other vehicles so you can get them cheaper. Maybe contact Matt Armstrong on what to look for. Good luck guys!

Great content .. one thing boys , 20:00 just double check the tub just below the wiring harness, I might be wrong but on the screen looks like a crack or something goin all the way up from where I think the subframe bolts on. Again I might be wrong

I believe the gold/yellow carbon is carbon kevlar. Its a lot stronger than regular carbon. Keep up the great work.
Yeah Kevlar is much stronger for impact scenarios than carbon.

I can’t explain the joy watching a rare SV being rebuilt brings me… I think it would be fun to see how many Lb’s you could shave off the factory spec.. this is epic, congrats guys!

Since you already have a white huracan you should consider painting this another lambo color. I think that purple that comes on the Diablos would be awesome to see.

Search the part numbers on the part you need as a lot of high end cars have basic parts from ford etc 😂

50% good video, real work on the car. Damage already seen in other 5 walk around videos. Keep on trucking by end of 2024 it will be done, parts are big issues fir everybody on YT. Tavarish have same problems loose Sub. No work. If it’s Corvette less parts issues.

Have you guys considered buying a 3D printer for making small non structural parts such as emergency door handle covers, gas cap cover, brackets, etc..? I know some 3D printers are capable of printing using carbon fiber filament which in some cases is actually stronger than carbon fiber weave. Could potentially be a game changer when it comes to weight reduction.

I remember like 2 years ago or more they saw another lambo on sale but it was way more expensive than this one and the channel wasnt this big so they ddint take the risk, this show how mutch they have grown

The term you guys are looking for is cantilever suspension. The front and rear coilovers are mounted in a cantilever arrangement.

On another note, I watch y’all when it comes to coolant systems sometimes you’re not sure if the radiator leaks or not, I invested in a snap on coolant pressure tester and it helps me out a lot

There’s not too many people that could afford to rebuild this car, but for these boys money is no object.
After watching these vids for years, I found that Elizar says “dude” whenever he passes off back to Simeon. Like when CB radio users say “over” to let the other guy know they’re done talking.
Great video guys. FYI, the gold fibres in the tub carbon weave are kevlar. Looks cool but ensures integrity for crash safety. 🤙
Reminder that the weight on the door jamb only tells you the maximum recommended weight, with passengers and luggage/fluids. I wouldnt be surprised if the SV had cheap inner liners to save weight on the SV and also add the effect of hearing rocks tumble around giving you a "lightweight racecar feel". Thats just my opinion though, i haven't looked at the normal aventadors. That yellow carbon you were talking about is most likely carbon kevlar. You guys are hilarious, dude.
