Working with steel like that is challenging when you may be used to wood. I think you did a great job, and I'm happy for you to be learning so much when building things. Few things offer job satisfaction like building something with your own hands.
Hope you guys build some kind of shed around the paint booth so it's not exposed to the elements. Doesn't look like it would fare well after a few hard storms.
I said the same thing, how do they control the environment, instead Temps will be through the roof with the Sun beating down on that roof and what about the Winter.
@nitebird500 they order everything from China. Nothing against China. They supply a demand. I just don't know why these boys spend stupid money on a dodgy fibreglass body kit then cheap out on a paint booth that's already started to rust in shipping.
Guys, just getting caught up on your show and hear you reference “silicone” rather than Caulk. Don’t use silicone as it is a fish eye generator and you need to use silicone free caulk. Don’t want to be the bearer of bad new but do not use silicone!!!!!
You know that flat roof is going to be a big problem. No where for rain and snow to run off. That booth was meant to be installed inside a building. You need a canopy over the entire building and fan housing. Maybe even a shell over the whole project. You need some professional advice before it’s too late and more expensive.
Exhaust Filters are in backwards! Flip them and they will last 4x longer. Own a filter service and supply company that maintains about 50 booths a month
you needed this - you should build an office naxt to it and pole barn for some parking/storage - you still need space but you have close to perfect setup before you inevitably move again - make stuff modular and simple so you can take it with you - this will help your production and efficiency big time
Not sure why you wouldnt take the time to move one light panel to the other side and swap a couple other panels around so the light is distributed evenly across the booth with 4 light panels on each side.
Because they don’t care. It will probably have to come down since I doubt they got a permit for that huge concrete slab messing up all the drainage that the county made them setup.

Sick paint booth! I would like to point out at the rear wall on the top, i can see light coming through. Make sure you get that covered up so you don't have any air leaks :)
Anchor it down good boys! Also, hope you sealed up those screws on the flat area of the roof REALLY well!!! Water always has a way of finding its way in!!! Would hate to see a leak in there!!!
Hey make sure you bond the base with a ground because air flow will cause static pressure which causes static shock and static shock can be big enough to ignite paint vapor. So please install ground rods and run a ground and bond the floor frame. Great work keep it coming.
I still believe that paint booth was meant to be set up inside a garage. Pretty sure its not 100 percent weather tight. One option is get a couple of short sea cans and place one to each side of the booth and have trusses built and cover it with a roof and build a back wall. With sea cans this will give you parts storage and whatnots, and the other can could be used as the paint storage and prep/mixing area.
shouda done the building first that booth galvanised or not WILL rust all the holes , cuts n screws even the sheet.. i worked wiv this stuff most o me working life. wait see
Make sure you put a screen over your intake and exhaust. That will keep animals out. I did a piece of expanded metal and then steel screen over that. Keeps out the bigger animals and bees.
What a great investment guys. That paint booth looks amazing. I'm sure it will bring you great content, in the future, and it will be so convenient for you future videos. Well done!
What about the spray gun, doesn't the paint gun need air pressure from a compressor, so the paint booth could have been built inside a larger prefab steel building, with the paint booth off to one side, and maybe a couple more of those three vehicle hoists, to store more of their builds.
Be sure to Anchor it to the slab guys. Once concrete is cured anchors need to be installed. A good strong wind storm and the paint booth will be next door.

@@1one3_Racing you had to include China?
@@nitebird500yep why wouldn’t he. He’s not wrong since that’s where everything is manufactured. People should be pissed
What I like about Goonzquad is you guys are willing to tackle almost anything. Willing to take risks
@Free-Goonzquad-now Whats? this
You know that flat roof is going to be a big problem. No where for rain and snow to run off.
That booth was meant to be installed inside a building.
You need a canopy over the entire building and fan housing.
Maybe even a shell over the whole project.
You need some professional advice before it’s too late and more expensive.
YES SIRS LOOKS PHENOMENAL! I remember when yall were working out of the family garage; yall came such a long way! congrats : )
🎉YESS SIR WE OUT HERE 🎉
Good to see you guys get your own paint booth
I love the new paint booth, so glad you guy's have your own booth. Good job guy's!
Exhaust Filters are in backwards! Flip them and they will last 4x longer. Own a filter service and supply company that maintains about 50 booths a month
Good job gents. Make sure it's safe from wind and weather!! Congratulations
Need to get a decent car port or post frame to cover the booth and protect it from the elements!
you needed this - you should build an office naxt to it and pole barn for some parking/storage - you still need space but you have close to perfect setup before you inevitably move again - make stuff modular and simple so you can take it with you - this will help your production and efficiency big time
Not sure why you wouldnt take the time to move one light panel to the other side and swap a couple other panels around so the light is distributed evenly across the booth with 4 light panels on each side.
Because they’re clueless
Because they don’t care. It will probably have to come down since I doubt they got a permit for that huge concrete slab messing up all the drainage that the county made them setup.
I am so happy for you guys, you all deserve it, your own epic paint booth. Man that Lamborghini Aventador is gonna look freaking sick. Nice job, i hope you do the electrical work as well.
You guys killing the game 💪🔥🔥🔥
NICE .Well Done Dudes. You Have Wanted And Needed It For Ages. You Have Put In Pure Work. You Well Deserve It. 👍
Looking bloody amazing guys great work
Look absolutely sick guys!!, you guys have come a long ways from where yall were, keep up the awesome work, can't wait to see this and the Lamborghini finished!!
love the content guys!!!! keep on building your dream cars no matter what!!!!
I love watching you boys work with your dad all y’all work together as a family you got your mom is everybody cooking vision but I’m a tell you from experience 22years Military you never underestimate the gift of working with your dad learning from him talking to him having a great father, y’all have a really good father And never forget that and I always show appreciation for his love for you guys cause I can tell your dad I love y’all. He is very proud of everything that y’all are doing always honor your father always …. A lot of American boys, and even from other countries don’t have that privilege and miss you very much…🙏🫡🤔👍
Sick paint booth! I would like to point out at the rear wall on the top, i can see light coming through. Make sure you get that covered up so you don't have any air leaks :)
Keep up the good work guys wish you the best.
. Congratulations on the booth. And I cant wait to see the car painted inside.
You shouldnt have put the kitchen and fancy sitting area in your workshop, thats where the paint booth shouldve went.
I love you guys, how you just get on and tackle absolutely anything is pretty amazing. Keep going guys
Anchor it down good boys! Also, hope you sealed up those screws on the flat area of the roof REALLY well!!! Water always has a way of finding its way in!!! Would hate to see a leak in there!!!
i doubt it, you can clearly see daylight in the back left hand corner when they are standing inside at the end of the video.
It will leak for sure, I hope they don't get electrocuted while using the booth in rain.
They already said they were building a carport OVER the paint booth.
They really need a separate area to do prep work. Doing it in the storage building is a bad idea.
shouda done the building first that booth galvanised or not WILL rust all the holes , cuts n screws even the sheet.. i worked wiv this stuff most o me working life.
wait see
@@jamief639nobody cares bro
Make sure you put a screen over your intake and exhaust. That will keep animals out. I did a piece of expanded metal and then steel screen over that. Keeps out the bigger animals and bees.
Why do I have a feeling an upcoming video will be "we didn't get the permits or approvals, so we have to tear it down".
We can only hope! 😛🍿
Attention to detail and hard work. Love this channel.
You guys should really work in an slaughter house your butchers skills are unrivalled 😂
Billy boye... You're too cool! Best of luck with the whole project.
After the paint booth is finished painting is going be the most exciting content 😂😂
You guys are awesome! Your work ethic never ceases to astound me!
What a great investment guys. That paint booth looks amazing. I'm sure it will bring you great content, in the future, and it will be so convenient for you future videos. Well done!
Love the content! The paint booth looks epic, can't wait to see you guys put it to use! You guys are killing it!
are you gona build a structure above and around the paint boot to protect it from the element ???
What about the spray gun, doesn't the paint gun need air pressure from a compressor, so the paint booth could have been built inside a larger prefab steel building, with the paint booth off to one side, and maybe a couple more of those three vehicle hoists, to store more of their builds.
