91M First Class at Fort Benning

As the Armor School continues its transition here to Fort Benning, some of its classes have already started coming online, the first being the 91M course, known as the Bradley Mechanic. Ron Andruss went out to the brand new Bradley Vehicle Maintenance Instruction Facility on Harmony Church to learn more.

im a 91M and have been deployed twice to iraq for OIF and OND. i have done both of being a Fobit and been out side the wire it really depends on what you unit needs from its troops i prefer to fix vehicles if you want to go out side the wire you should go infantry or something thats combat arms a mechanics job is to be in the rear with the gear.

when a abrams or bradley breaks down outside the wire they will be called to fix it or a transport truck and support company will be called out to get the downed vehicle
