Learn how to get rid of constipation. Many people want to know how to cure constipation fast and are searching for constipation home remedies. I just might have the answer for them. In the next few minutes, I am going to show you how to reduce or eliminate constipation and get back to having normal bowel movements.
Do you want to know how to cure constipation? Are you looking for a home remedy to get rid of constipation immediately? Do you want to learn a home remedy for constipation that really works? If you have questions like these about constipation, then stay tuned because I am going to show you a simple remedy that just might help you get your business done in the bathroom and back to the things that you want to be doing.
Constipation is infrequent or difficult bowel movements. While the normal frequency of bowel varies from person to person, at least one bowel movement per day is generally considered good, and less than three bowel movements per week is considered constipation. Constipation can be a temporary inconvenience, or it can persist for weeks, months or even years. Signs and symptoms of chronic constipation include:
--Having hard stools
--Straining to have bowel movements
--Feeling as though there is a blockage that prevents bowel movements
--Feeling that you have incomplete bowel movements
--Needing to press on your abdomen or using your fingers to remove stool
--Needing to use stool softeners, laxatives or enemas
Sometimes constipation can be resolved by drinking more water, eating more high-fiber foods and getting more exercise. And if this does not help medications and even surgery might be recommended. For those who are hoping to avoid medications and surgery, acupuncture point stimulation might be a good option. Acupuncture has long been used for constipation. A recent eight-week placebo-controlled study of over one thousand people with chronic constipation showed that acupuncture improved the frequency of complete spontaneous bowel movements and that these improvements continued after the acupuncture treatments were over. In this video, I am going to show you how to locate and activate three acupuncture points to help improve the frequency, ease and completeness of your bowel movements. It is recommended that you use all three acupuncture points because they work together for best results.

Is this the prayer you say as you work with the points on your physical body? I, too find that prayer with the work seems to make it even more effective. 🙏💓
Sometimes a memory also shows up or an insight. May we all be well. 🙏
thank you for sharing
Dr. Baritz: thank you so much for your excellent videos. I will follow you and share your very useful information.
Many thanks!
Thank you for this information. For how long should we exert pressure on the points. Each pressure point 2-3 minutes?
Rub spot quickly 5 times, take a break for 5 seconds, and repeat a total of 5 times. Do this several times a day This is his recommendation as i hear him.
You probably could rub or just hold the point firmly longer. I have found the pain, tenderness, soreness, discomfort dissipates either way
That's right!
Dr. Baritz your videos are really useful thankyou. I will definitely share this with my nephew. My nephew's problem is a bit different... as I told you earlier he he has oesophageal motility disorder I.e. his oesophageal motility is 80% ineffective. Which means whatever he eats or drinks he vomits it just after a few minutes.
Thank you. And if you need any additional help, please contact me directly through my website drbaritz.com/pages/message-us
I like your videos, but may I please make a recommendation? When you show how to treat an area whether with your finger or the instrument, get the camera angle where we can see your hand AND the point that your working on. I usually just see the back of your hand. Otherwise, your video is very informative.
Hi Joe, thank you for your imput. You make a good point, i will see what i can do to improve the visual. We have a few months of videos in the pipeline, so it will be a bit before you see the changes in how we make the shots. I would be interested to hear about any successes you have had using the acupoints. Best, Dr. B
I think sir this is Spleen 3 location
Please Correct if I am Wrong🙏
@@ajoysinha8534 I was thinking the same thing! Spleen 2 is where the blue dot is and Spleen 3 is the red star. On either side of the ball joint of the big toe. 🤷🏻♀️
Thank You.
Thanks good man

When you say repeat it four more times after the first five times, is it still pressing it five times for each of the four times? Or is it just pressing it four times and that is all?
You should repeat the sequence of five pulses for four additional times. In total, you will have pulsed 25 times.
@@drbaritz Thank you!
I go but have low left side pain pretty often.
Thanks for sharing. You can contact me directly for more help if you like drbaritz.com/pages/contact-us
What if none of the points you showed is not sensitive, not painful?
Try to find a spot nearby, maybe slightly to the side or above or below. It doesn't have to hurt, but the spot should feel a bit more sensitive or tender than others.
@@drbaritz thank you, i try as you say.🙏
