It's so hard! I totally understand how you're feeling. I'm learning to let go of my "fantasy self" which a lot of my clothes represent. Getting super realistic about my actual day-to-day has been helping as well as selecting a few special items for a dressy capsule. I've also found it helpful to put the bags of clothes in the back of my car and leave them there for a week or 2 if I'm feeling unsure about getting rid of it...after a few weeks of inconvenience (like having to put groceries in the backseat), I'm more than ready to drop them off 😂

Loved this, and pt.1. Found your RUclips yesterday while looking for "no buy" videos for inspiration. Seeing videos like yours just helps solidify what I know I need to do and provides a helpful guide by some "real", not the professional, but someone that I and I imagine others, can relate to.
