Thank you. Great video. It’s okay to let go of things I’m no longer using. Crazy how i sometimes hold on to things. No more ‘just in case’. Love your hair.

Thank you! I think most people hold onto items just in case but I'm learning that if I didn't love it enough to use it up, I'll never use it.

I am in love with your videos! Just starting my minimalism journey this year since April so your videos are super motivating and encouraging to carry on. Do you have any advice on how to cut down on eating out when on my lunch breaks? This is something i struggle with a lot! Also any strategies for preventing shopping when feeling bored or upset is a huge help! Thank you for making these videos ❤️

Thank you so much! I'm so glad that you're enjoying them. We cook all of our dinners at home and we always make a little extra to have leftovers for lunches. And for motivation...every time you bring food from home, put the money you would have spent eating out in your savings account 💰.
In terms of preventing shopping when bored or upset...remove all temptations to shop...this has been the biggest help for me. And find other things to do instead. Journaling is another thing that has really helped me - provides an outlet for those feelings instead of shopping the feelings away.

I love the idea of a simple bar soap for the face. What one are you using? Both my Grandmothers just used Ivory or Dove.

I use Cerave. I really like their soap and moisturizer.

I am here post watching Your no buy year video. The opening scene is perfect! It was interesting to see the ways you think about products. I might need to follow suit!

I finger-brush a drop or 2 after I curl it to separate the curls, or to "scrunch the crunch" out after I use gel to bring out my natural curls. It smells really good.
