Hook 4.0 mm
Tulip only.
Magic ring, 6 sc in magic ring
Round 2 : Increase *6 (12 st)
Round 3 : (Sc, inc)*6 (18 st)
Round 4 : (Sc, sc inc)*6 (24 st)
Round 5 : Sc in each st around (24st)
Round 6-12 : sc in each st around (24 st)
Sl st, then cut the yarn ( make sure long enough to sew
Sew together the upper part, then insert the extra yarn to the bottom of tulip, cut.

Yes, in this pattern, ‘yarn under’ makes your stitch tighter and gives it an x-shape.

Pattern for Round 3: You do: (sc in the first stitch, then increase in the next stitch), and repeat this sequence 6 times. Each repeat adds 3 stitches (1 sc + 2 from the increase), so 3 stitches × 6 repeats = 18 stitches total.

it is increasing by 6 in every row because she started with 6
so after 24 she’s continuing without inc
