  • Weekly mental focus practice
    Every week I reflect on a message I share from the Kim Krans , The wild Unknown Tarot cards. Modern, beautifully expressed, with both illustrations and simple content with a positive perspective. Second I use the Mystic Mudra Primary Series Cards, I enjoy its magical idea with travelled illustrations I can relate to the body mind yoga poses and daily life challenges. The third I use the I Ching the book of changes 1971 by Peter Pauper I learn to take it in a strong message about the idea of change , it can be a little bit raw , always alert and awaken internal hidden numbness or blind spots.
    We start practicing by sitting up , use a wall if necessary or laying-down on your back. It is very important to be comfortable to focus on your breath. We start with 2 rounds of 20 to 30 breaths with retention. We practice the awareness of the conscious Body Flow followed by the messages from the previously described cards and book.
    Identifying the focus of the week by practicing the pose picked from Mystic Mudra cards.
    We end our practice with a moment of silence, where for 3 minutes we reflect upon the focus of the week to embody and to apply into the week.
