@@KickAssets I was also hoping to get an idea of the price. Perhaps, you can give us price range of what other similar properties go for in the area. That would be helpful.
@@jonesr227 It's hard to say prices in an area as its a MASSIVE range depending on size and closeness to station. Places in the same building were around 8m. The area is quite expensive since it's so close to the stations and Shinjuku.

Managed to save him 400,000 yen on an already low priced place...he was happy. I said it was 11m2 in the video lol

Honest question for you been wondering this for years...Can I buy a property (thru you) without having to be there in Japan? ! Love it here in Michigan but feel strongly my daughter would love to visit and live there!
Yes, absolutely. But it depends on seller and agent sometimes as they may want to meet you at least ince. Case by case. It's possible to do it over Zoom etc as well. I'd have to be your proxy as well.
@@KickAssets Does buying property worth $50k total make you eligible for an investor visa? or is that only if it's a business. I wonder if I could form a Japanese LLC equivalent to manage the properties and technically employ myself
@@dima_r6 Nope, it doesn't get you a visa unfortunately. But then again its good as then too many people would be here like that lol.
@@KickAssets Interesting. I thought I had seen a video of someone speaking on how they bought a property to rent out (maybe it was airbnb or long term rental, not sure) and it was through their business in Japan to get the Business manager visa.
