The reason she wasn't using Vertical on you was probably how much light she had. You know how her pages cost less when she does enough damage against you with them? You never let her do enough damage to lower her light costs, so she simply couldn't use Vertical, at least without leaving all of her other speed dice empty.

This might be the chinese mod that used to randomize everything, but the link is gone. If you wanna download it you'd have to take the link from the mod and then force install it into your workshop
