First of all, let's start with the new hairdo. It is YOU!!! So adorable! I'm glad you went shorter. And, plateau or not, you've done an amazing job on your weight loss. I went back one day to re-watch one of your older videos on something, don't remember what, and realized just what a huge difference you have made. You're a beautiful woman regardless, but I know you're healthier and feel better. I really need to get back to work on myself.

You can really tell you’ve lost weight from September. I know how you feel about people saying mean things about being overweight. I weighed 248 and I’ve lost 55 pounds. I was diagnosed with Afib and had to go on low fat, low carb, low sodium diet. I’ve done this on my own. I too want to lose at least 30-40 more pounds and it seems like the 50 was easier. Good luck! I know what a struggle it is. I’m also a country cook but have found ways to cook healthier. Leslie, go to that favorite restaurant once a month and then right back on your diet. I find if I don’t treat myself from time to time then I get depressed and feel sorry for myself. Your haircut looks cut! I hope you enjoy it.

I LOVE your hair! It will be so easy to fix! That is actually my winter cut and then I go with the pixie in the spring through to fall. My hair grows so fast, by the time fall gets here, the top and sides are grown out enough to get the look you have now. It works for me. You are absolutely glowing! Thanks for the video. I am following Keto, Gluten Free since seeing a nutritionist because of health issues and found I can't have Gluten. So the struggle is real. I WISH I could afford the weight loss program you’ve done. But I can’t, so I struggle. I’m starting my weight loss journey again…Weight Watchers…and I KNOW I can do it as I’ve done it before. Leslie I'm not sure if I told you this before but I have been on that same Journey that you are on. I am 5 ft 5 in tall and got up to 280 lb when my whole life I had been 150 160 lb!!! I had a struggle with my rheumatoid arthritis and because of Prednisone and eating habits I put on over 120 lb!!! I struggled with trying two diet and could just never keep it off I would lose weight and then put it right back on. I had heard about eating six times a day but never tried it because I thought it would make me gain weight!!! So when I finally put my mind to it and tried it I couldn't believe it worked!!! I now weigh between 125 lb and 135 lb all the time!!! It took me almost a year to lose all of that weight!!! I have changed my eating habits for the rest of my life!!! I don't deprive myself of anything when I eat something that is not good for me I just eat a very small portion!!! Leslie I know you will succeed and reach your goal because you have the right mindset for it!!! I am very proud of you!!! It is definitely a struggle!!! God bless!!!

God Bless you sweetie. You have such angel to us all. I love your new hair style. I am 66 I really cut my short & now am going to " spike the top". I had to laugh when you said " he is going to drop a bail". All I could think of is " drop a load".lol. My daughter & I start dieting Mon ( today is Fri). We rent & just got a new refrig ( side/side) so not much room. We have worked hard past 2 weeks looking up meal plans. We are taking a shelf out. Buying tons of fresh veggies & fruit. We bought containers that we will mark with a special chalk pen. It has cost buying them, but for us, if everything is pre cut n cleaned, we will eat it & cook better. ALL packaged food is still here for emergency, but we will not eat fries, pizza, mac n cheese ect/ We are so excited & I pray to God daily for the strength to stay on. .Basically, it is The Mediterranean Diet. Lots of veggies, fruit, fish, chicken. Red meat rarely. We are not breakfast/lunch eaters. Well, now we will be eating healthy. No more " wrong snacks ". Pray for me please. Like the new look. I’ve lost 135 pounds it took two years just eating healthy. Whatever works for you that’s what you do and do some walking walking really helps me. I’ve come to so many stand steel and it took months before started losing again. Started walking more. Then we start losing again I heard a doctor talking about weight loss. And said your body goes into starvation mode and you just have to keep on doing what you’re doing and then finally. Your body will start letting go of the fat again. I’ve went through it so many times. You just have to keep on keeping on and realize this is something we have to do for the rest of our lives or will put it back on. One time I lost 145 pounds. Started nibbling on sweets I love sweets but now they have so many sugar-free sweets it really helps me to have something sugar-free daily. I know I cannot stay on her dad so God help me start drinking lots of water which I was like you I just didn’t like it but I prayed and God helped me thank you Jesus. I would like to lose about 40 more pounds.

The haircut is awesome and your so pretty anyway. After you styled it it’s still cute. I think many of us struggle with losing weight and some of us with health problems even harder, but God still loves us and sees us beautiful.

That mascara can be a bit gloppy when new, so be patient. Also, the blue container is the waterproof version. Your hair is adorable! Try drying it upside down, brushing from the neck towards your face. Once dry, and cool, chin back into place and you should see more volume with less effort. 🙂

Grrrl! LOVE THAT HAIR! Thank you for sharing your health journey with us. You are doing an amazing job! It sounds to me like you've hit that intermediate stage where your body starts to do a ton of clean-up work. Trust your instincts on how you feel and what you need to do to get through this hump. Your body will tell you. You will get there I promise. Just don't give up. FYI- I am starting to do much better! I can stand for longer periods of time now. I've even started to make cooking videos! My first cooking post will be on Tuesday. You've really inspired me to share more of my journey and life with my viewers. One more little note….. when making the sauce, before you added the paprika you said 1/4 CUP. when you measured it out tho you said 1/4 teaspoon. So, probably no need to change it as everyone saw you measure correctly.
