Remember she was insecure, it was her second marriage but it was her husband's jaggy vasudevs first marriage. Her was growing, had less time for her and surrounded by woman. He hurried to get rid of her body as it was bad pr as the isha yoga center was getting established.
I'll let the world know that I was a meditator in the Isha Yoga centre and closely associated with them for 8 months. But when I went back home I felt like I was under their occult influence and I could think of nothing other than going back to the ashram. I also faced severe financial losses and my health went downhill and I had this constant feeling like I was possessed and only going back to the ashram could relieve me. During this time I went back to the roots from where my spiritual journey began which is Vipassana and after doing a short retreat I am slowly shedding the strange influences Isha had on me and slowly building my life. About Viji maa, nothing is spoke about her in the Ashram at large and even her memorial is not accessible to the ashramites or general people. Once in a year Viji maa's death anniversary is remembered and an optional video session is played for indoctrinating this story of her mahasamadhi. There is a lot of hush hush going on in the ashram and youll realise it's kind of a spooky place if you aren't a fanatic of Jaggi Vasudev. You have force me to reiterate this after taking down my comment.

Mahasamadi is that thing where one leaves the body without breaking the body in any way and without use of any external substance.
