Ingredients :
4 egg yolks （蛋黄）
1 Whole egg （全蛋）
20g caster sugar （细砂糖）
50g corn oil（玉米油）
1 tbsp Instant coffee powder （即溶咖啡粉）
2 tbsp hot water （热水）
1/2 tsp coffee essence （咖啡香精）
60ml milk （鲜奶）
95g plain flour（普通面粉）
15g corn starch （玉米淀粉）
4 egg whites （蛋白）
1 tsp lemon juice （柠檬汁）
70g sugar （细砂糖）
Some almond nibs （少许杏仁粒）
Today I am making this coffee cake. Same like orange pillow cake. Come out so soft and so nice, and mostly it is so easy to make. Thanks my dear Katherine for sharing 👍💯😘💖

I can never understand why people sharing baking recipes but not telling you what pan size to use. The recipe used in video is meant for that size, if we don't have the exact size, then the recipe is as good as not going to make it. Time, temp and the size of the pan go together. 😒

I've not heard of it before, I'm guessing espresso or espresso powder.
