- Production of the 2018-2021 Dacia Duster in Romania car factory.
The Dacia Duster line-up comprises four equipment levels, the names of which mirror their respective specifications. The catalogue carries over the same choice of powerplants that helped to forge the original version’s success. Prices in France extend from €11,990 to €20,650, with numerous new features for the entry level version upwards.

Cand văd imaginile acestea nu pot să nu fiu mândru că sunt român. Nu om fi noi cei mai tari, dar putem răspunde oricărei provocări. Sunt la a3a generație de Dacia, cumpărate din fabrică, am avut două Loganuri și acum am un Sandero Stepway. Am fost si sunt foarte mulțumit și vreau sa le mulțumesc celor de la Dacia pentru munca lor, este răsplătită zi de zi, prin numărul de modele existent pe străzile României, ale Europei și nu numai. Să nu se oprească aici, aștept full electrica 😉

Got my automotive engineering degree from univ of Transylvania in Brasov many years ago :/. Used to go on field trips to Dacia to learn hands on about good manufacturing and quality control practices with just in time lean manufacturing model for highly specialized automated lines and I want to say that even now after working in US for world renown (behemoth) car manufacturer , I 'd totally vouch for Dacia for upholding the highest automotive industry standards. I would also like to say, with the latest Dacias, WOW, so proud, amazing cars!!!😍 'You do the math" Keep killing the competition !!! :) Love you all ✊👏 Soon enough, if not already, you'll become the most valuable brand in the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi-Dacia-etc group 👍

I had Dacia Sandero Stepway (Prestige) 1.5 dCi, 2016. Very pleased with the car. Sold it because I needed more space for family. I bought Duster (Prestige). Very happy with the car. Its a quality car with lots of features and technology.

I own one of those. It has been a great buy; Duster is more than a solid car, it's very versatile good on and off the road and you don't have to spent a lot to get one. Well done Romania! Greetings from Poland.
urfortunately mine had loads of issues after 90k km. I always changed the oild 10k km of interval, and always used the best diesel for it and the injection system failed with 93k km. 1.5dci its the problem. The car is good otherwise

Before i start the video... dear dacia, thanks for everything! i've been driving a sandero for 4 yrs now which get replaced in some weeks by my first duster. I am so excited to my Duster because the Sandero was my first new car at all. Yeah, yeah its cheap bla bla bla. But i dont care - you get a good and reliable car with an amazing price Performance ratio. Just continue with your work and try to improve smalls things like deeper seats that you dont fly that much in curves or a bit more freedom for the right driver leg... but overall you did a pretty good job so far! love you guys ♡

I had a Duster 1.6 for three years. It never bothered and it was a car for any activity, whether it be travel, short trips, trips to the beach or to the place, catch a cinema or theater, whether in jeans or jacket. Internal space, baggage compartment, distance of holes, visibility and maneuverability its strong. If they could improve their consumption would be the car that would keep for a long time, especially if CVT, as now.
you can install an LPG kit on your car and make it very economical.
I have one 1.5 DCI 4x4, bought in 2019, and i love it, had passat before from 2007, i am happy with Duster. Continue the good joob Dacia!!!

Bought one today in UK. Bi fuel. I wanted electric but too expensive and low range.
I like the look and price and hope to save using LPG most of the time.
How are you enjoying the Bi-Fuel? We are just awaiting delivery of one to the dealership.
@@nickscott9129 been nearly a year now. Car is perfect on LPG and petrol. Luckily I work near a petrol station that supplies LPG and I've done 90% on just LPG.

@@rogerknight8092 Good to hear, wife has had her 20 Plate SE Bi-fuel for 3 weeks now and loves it....fills up at an LPG place on the way to work. Reskinned the MediaNav 3 interface, installed a glass screen protector on it too which has improved contrast and now just need to change over the door speakers from the factory ones. Very happy with the value....only downside we find is there is no backlighting on the steering wheel controls....that's a Renault thing in general though.
Can't wait for my Duster ordered this week. It looks like it was in good Romanian hands so far. Bravo!
Bist du Deutsch? Hab ich in Hamburg gelebt zwichen 2001 zum 2003. I am Romanian living in the UK now and having headache with a 2009 C class estate:)) I was looking on ytube at the Pick up version of the Duster sold in South America called Oroch. Hope you ordered the 1.3 turbo engine that was just put on Duster recently.Either way, its the new "Volkswagen" :D I dont know if in years to comr will slowly become more expensive and better interior like Seat or Skoda now. VW put an offer once on Dacia but goverment didnt accept it. The Dacia s during comunism were based on a Renault model. At least the body now os different than Renault models even underneath has Renault technology. The car I would like to see it comeback though is ARO who looked a lot like G class in the 1970 s and was out before G class. Another Romanian brand who died soon after "democracy" came when all the industry was gone to nothing. Enough with me chatting at 5 am:)) Take care and viel spass mit Dacia:D

@@adimih2120 Hi. It's a really good car especially with that 1.3 turbo petrol engine, quite good acceleration and usage average 7 litres /100km. I had that car for 16 months. The only think I didn't like too much was that it's not the best car for long motorway trips as its quite high and couldn't drive with speed over 120km/h. Up to 120km/h it's OK but over that I had sometimes a feeling that I'm loosing control of the car. At the end of the day I really liked my Duster.

@@guerric Fine, don't buy it. Buy something else, no one cares.. This car is not meant to be good looking.. It's a budget car, pretty robust and cheap to repair, 4x4 versions have a nice off-road capabilities, it will get You from A to B no problem. Not everyone can afford a brand new car from factory like VW(crap), Mercedes-Benz(crappier) or BMW(crappiest of them all), and buying used cars is a bit risky - You'll never know how it was driven previously. Dacia makes a good job offering new cars for people, having more sense than money. And another thing to mention, one mistake You're making (and many people do actually) when buying a new car: priorities. "Never buy a car just because it looks good".

For that u can buy a new ceed or I30 combi nearly max equipped.. and as we know the quality of dacia and hyundai/kia these days is not even comparable. So buying duster just because its suv compared to the ceed/i 30 is not smart at all.
@@tirgod100 Well, Kia Ceed at my place starts from 20,921€ and goes up till 29,318€ for 4x4 max equipment. Duster starts at 11,900 and goes up to 18,999€ for 4x4 max equipment. Almost twice as cheap.
And yes, it is not smart to buy Duster just because it's an SUV. However, if You want cheap 4x4 vehicle that is also capable - then it's the smartest choice.

Excelente, gostei muito pela limpeza, organização, e o processo em geral na área de estampagem ( Prensas ) , Funilaria, Pintura, Montagem e a Fundição( Bloco Motor - Alumínio ) agregando em todo, o Processo do Controle de Qualidade e Dimensional, Parabéns á todos pelo vídeo.
My favourite part is from Foundry, because I am working in Foundry too. In film casting process was shown but the tooling of the engine block is omitted. After casting process there is GOM Measure shown of the tooled part already :P Just wondering what machine they are using for that.
BTW nice solution with that the cooling of casting in water isn't made by "catching robot" but by another one. Some1 know how much of cyclus time have they saved?

Well done dacia I see a lot of places where other manufacturers have replaced humans with robots, it's good to see more hands on in vehicle building, giving people a job instead of giving the job to robots! And yes I do see robots being used in this video, but there is more human hands on, such as spot welding
