HOW ITS MADE Production. BMW TwinTurbo engines transfer these genes to the road in suitably dynamic style. Three variants are available from launch; the BMW X2 sDrive20i petrol model with 192 horsepower (141 kW), plus the X2 xDrive20d diesel variant with 190 hp (140 kW) and X2 xDrive25d diesel with 231 hp (170 kW).

Wow! This is amazing, wish I had these studies back in my days of high school, this whould definitely be something I would be interested in learning how to create. Every robotic arm programmed for a specific task and everything flow's so well. I just love robotics and technology👍👍 this is extremely amazing.

What an amazing development in the process of manufacturing compared to just 20-30 years ago !
I like how the car is suddenly painted, the paint process is one of the most interesting of all.
Actually it is the unibody that is the most interesting. Totally engineered for safety and lightweight to meet emissions. The unibody is engineered precisely to save your life. The A pillar on the unibody is folded like a piece of cardboard for maximum rigidity to not crush during a collision.

I noticed this as well. I am curious why. At Toyota, there is not a lot of trickery involved in this process, although a lot of the footage would have to be received from the plants CC viewing the clean rooms.

This place is a nightmare for a human worker, I visited a factory full of machines. The company owner said they don't provide chairs or stool to their human workers so that they can remain active, to avoid accidental sleep and accident.
@@adnanali8906 yes, us humans aren't so perfect. I really hope you had a chair/stool to sit while venting out. 🍻😛

Adnan Ali No it is the other reason. You don't have chair/stool because chief considers you a cattle, and having a chair/stool is a managers privilege. I had similar idiot on my previous work. He said I am not allowed to sit between the times trucks arrive on unloading. Hour later he approached me saying I am not allowed to sit on a chair during break. Because it is for "superiors" (I don't get it up to this day, since there was only 4 man per ramp). I sat myself on a pile of pallets and adviced him to go away and have sexual intercourse with himself. It's just that specific type of assholes.

Personally I do not like Beemers, but I do admire the engineers who built the production line, and turned the designers ideas into a mass produced car.

How to become an new model ? How long were molds kept for remake new componts ??
For an old car from 10j ore more ,do they stil make new molds for these ? So how do they do it ???

I like the working of the sensors systematic manufacture of all the departments
with this level of automation those cars should be 3 grand each
Choose any one of those processes/cells. They will have costed hundreds of thousands to multiple million of dollars..per process. (I am in the industry.)
@@notasclever yes you are right, I was being a smart ass because the video makes it look like no one is there, but I am familiar with the process involved biulding all those machines, I have worked with robots a few times in some of our projects and they're not cheap
