You're flatlining this vehicles Flow Rate vs Press because it doesn't have FPCM, correct? I have a rising fuel pressure regulator. My question is, what is the proper way to modify the FCM? I'm looking at Max Desired Pressure, Regulation Pressure. Do I need to modify the Maximum engine boost table? I plan to run up to 3 bar. Also, do I need to touch the Mode Conditions for the Lower and Upper Flow?

Correct. With no FPCM and a vacuum/boost referenced regulator, the injector data on port injection needs to be flatlined.
Max desired pressure, max engine boost, and regulation pressure needs to be adjusted to however you have your fuel system setup.
