Hi Bristi, I am from Mumbai. very nice recipe. I remember my office colleague use to bring this karela sabji in office. Aur hamne iska naam taklu karela rakha tha 😅. So happy to finally get the recipe and also got to know that the outer portion of karela is not wasted it is actually used as stuffing. I will definitely try this one.
