I just grabbed this set and it's unreal how good they work. Almost unbelievable.
Try them over GLOSS white or GLOSS black with a zenithal GLOSS white highlight, your mind will be blown.

Ngl, Speed paint seems like it was designed for a person like me. Super interested in tabletop games but put off by the elaborate painting needed for minis. I'm going to give this a shot!
These are two tone speed paint rather than the usual three tone one. But I've found that if you mix them 2:1:1 with the metallic speed paint, speed paint medium, and metallic medium you can get closer to a three tone paint.
Can't wait for mine to arrive!

Which is which at the end? Some of the shades look similar and they all look different from their wet analog.
Is it best to paint over a white base coat?
To get the brightest highlights on the raised surface a white base coat is ideal. Though you could also do other bright base coats such as Brainmatter Beige, Skeleton Bone, or even a bright Metallic!
Where are these orc heads from?
What is the general release date?
Would be better in a longer format with more time to show off the different paints. Now it's a bit too quick for me to get a good look and because it's a YT Short, I can't even rewind to get a better look. Definitely looking forward to these though, the ease of application being the main draw for me.
