DIY 144cc V-Twin, A Better Tensioner

- Part sixteen of my V Twin engine build, in this episode I get the oil pump, stator plate and cam chain tensioner installed.
The goal is to create a running V-Twin Lifan engine, inspired by Allen millyard's ss100 V-Twin builds. I want to use as many standard parts as possible to make the build as easy as possible and reduce the number of parts I need to make.

Getting closer to running...
I just started watching these yesterday. Watched the whole playlist and I have to admit I am slightly disappointed that its ended and I am "all caught up" before its up and running.
This engine is like a fine wine. The longer it takes the better it’ll be, or at least that’s what I keep telling myself.
Jokes aside, you shouldn’t be waiting too long, all that’s left to do is make the copper head gasket and the final assembly.
Such a cool project - love it 👍
Thanks, it’ll be even cooler when it’s no longer a project and it makes some v twin noises.

Поменяй промежуточный ролик. Пластиковый быстро износится. Используй шестерню коленвала и подшипник 19х7 для сборки ролика.
I’ll see how it goes after the initial start. I’ll pull it down after running it for a while. But that is an option.
@@OddsandEndsMachining так уже делали, не работает, изнашивается. Натяжитель цепи механический, он не сможет натянуть цепь когда ролик износится. Из за этого цепь перескочит 100%. Переделай сейчас. Картер уже готов, надо только ролик заменить.

I added another trigger point on the flywheel. You can see how I did it at the start of this video.

@@OddsandEndsMachining thankyou so much for the reply I own a hyosung gt250 vtwin was thinking to convert it into carb but I don’t know to to give the spark i mean the spark

@@brownboivlog without looking into too much, you could just trick the bike into thinking the injectors/pump are plugged in by matching their resistance and attaching your carbs. Although I haven’t actually tried this, i have tricked other bikes by removing miscellaneous sensors and replacing with resistors.

Text you there for more idk much this bike idk why my ecu is getting cntnsly blown fry idk why and there’s no part availability idk what cdi i use wiring do i have to do any modifications in the flywheel how to give the spark 😭 idk and there’s no one who can help me out
@@OddsandEndsMachining the main problem is in this bike is ecu and there’s no ecu available in the market😭 that’s why I’m changing it into carb
