Thank you. Brilliant idea. It so happen that i got 2 sets of unserviceable industrial fans. I am convinced this is highly workable and free energy. I have already seen many similar videos and they even use springs instead of rubber to rotate hi-speed flywheel that runs induction motor which runs a connected generator. A simple Pakistani idea.

The difference i see from this one and others is that you use the screw to make the handle and the handle can spin 360°, makin the fan also spin in full degree. Others i see the fan spins only left to right nonstop, but still both works tho (i think)..

Dear Sir, thank you so much for your reply and your encouraging and elaborate reply. From few internet sources I read perpetual motion is not possible as it violates first 2 laws of thermodynamics. Understanding thermodynamics and laws is I feel like jumping into a new ocean. However, what I thought and will try later on is tieing different weights to the blades of a fan and then trying the same procedure using the elastic band. Different weights (to maintain the imbalance you mentioned), gravitational force on them and potential energy from the elastic band combining all to produce some kind of motion. Thank you so much for your reply and help.
