I'm not the type to comment but WOW I had to because this stretch was amazing. I've been sore from a back and shoulder workout so this stretch has helped me release so much tension. Love, love, love!

I have never tried the 'baby wild thing' pose before and got a bit confused, accidentally twisting my upper body incorrectly. She said 'listen carefully' very clearly but I was not really listening, rather I was just watching the screen thinking I'd be able to figure it out... Needless to say I pulled something in my lower back and instantly felt that very uncomfortable yet familiar sensation of a pinched nerve. I have injured this area before so I was pretty annoyed at myself and was expecting this to be the start of a several days long pinched nerve BUT I convinced myself to continue with the routine as I was only halfway done and my muscles were still otherwise fatigued from the workout I did prior to this. I listened closer than before and took a little more time between poses to get into position. By the end of the video the pain in my lower back was completely gone and I could not be more thankful for this video right about now!!!! Seriously a life saver right here.
I've been following your videos for about a month now and I love all of them but I have to say this is my favorite video so far! I feel centered, peaceful and loose after this sequence! I'll be doing this at least once a day now!

This is magic! Best short yoga vid that incorporated several of my most favorite stretches! Your voice and teaching technique is perfection! A true gift, thank you for sharing!
Thank you I suffer with fibromyalgia and I try all these kind of stretches all the time and you're the only person that goes slow enough and gentle enough for me to really ease into it and not feel worse in the end so thank you for that. If you have any videos that work the work the core. My lower back and stomach muscles are very weak from having too many babies I would love your recommendation. Most videos only include a number of planks movements or plank type movements which are very difficult for me because of the herniated disc I have in near my neck and another In my mid spine.
So happy my pace is working out for your body, mind and soul - definitely keep taking it slow and doing what you need in each moment! Regarding the core request, I would get with a chiro or PT and ask for core strengthening exercises and do those regularly! I do have a core playlist on my RUclips homepage, but I don't want to recommend anything that will heighten your disc discomfort.
this feels so good after having a sore body from climbing! I love how your yoga routine is different from what i'm used to and includes some new poses, not just the standard vinyasa sun salutation, downward dog, upward facing dog poses etc

This was really good. I just did it and it brought me so much closer to my body and just slowly releasing that tension through the practice was just so great. It was definitely what I needed.

This was really nice! Will for sure come back to this one. However, in half legged wide legged forward fold or whatchamacallit (!), I tend to not have my body centered. I’m tilting towards the folded leg. When trying to compensate that with my upper body, I feel awkward and totally ’out of pose’. Any suggestion on how to stay centered while leaning forward? Thanks in advance!
I would say go as far forward as you can without going out of alignment! It may not be very far right now, but it always better to maintain safety in your body ❤️

this feels so good after having a sore body from climbing! I love how your yoga routine is different from what i'm used to and includes some new poses, not just the standard vinyasa sun salutation, downward dog, upward facing dog poses etc

This was really good. I just did it and it brought me so much closer to my body and just slowly releasing that tension through the practice was just so great. It was definitely what I needed.

This was really nice! Will for sure come back to this one. However, in half legged wide legged forward fold or whatchamacallit (!), I tend to not have my body centered. I’m tilting towards the folded leg. When trying to compensate that with my upper body, I feel awkward and totally ’out of pose’. Any suggestion on how to stay centered while leaning forward? Thanks in advance!
I would say go as far forward as you can without going out of alignment! It may not be very far right now, but it always better to maintain safety in your body ❤️
