My Beard was like his in my 20s, but when I reached my 30s, It was thick and all over my face. Sometimes Just wait a few years, your Beard only gets thicker as you're ageing. I'm 36 and have heard compliments about my beard being thick and full and never had such compliments in my 20s. It's pretty noticeable when I see old pictures, my beard was slowly getting full, and I didn't notice It.
And i have that beard only at the age of 18🤣...it grew thicker last yr when lockdown started...before that i had a really good and full beard...sometimes being asian is great🤣🤣

It's head hair, it's literally transplanted FROM the back of your head TO your face/chin . It will stay the same,
'minoxidil' can widen the hair bulbs thou .. so there's an answer out there
Minoxidil and finasteride is off topic here: they help hair bulbs to grow in width and improve their strength, so they stay longer attached to the skin. As I read on the web, they doesn't create new hair bulbs.
So transplant is the best remedy known up to now.

if it is done on the cheek area it is very extreme. and the man is very brave to do it. only 1 thing I'm worried about, will it not irritate the skin from the inside. because of the piercing procedure and make holes in the cheek. cheek is a sensitive area. I hope the hair transplant is safe and has no effect in the future.

Are you stupid? There is no better, you cant compare those two. With minoxidil you cannonly push hairs you have already got to terminal hairs. Beard transplant is a completely other story, hairs you wouldnt get with anymother method. It can look better than everything if it is done very well, which is very complicated.
I've used minoxidil for year now, best decision I've ever made.

When a normal beard grows, a beard hair will grow back, even if a beard hair is detach. Now think of it this way. If a man who has not natural beard and has transplant beard , suddenly his a beard hair is detach because of scratching or itching (few beard hairs), will it grow back?
