It's Nelson Mandela Day. It's a day for people, communities and organisations to reflect on his legacy. It's also a call to action to follow in Madiba's footsteps and make a positive impact on society.
This year, in observance of Nelson Mandela International Day, SADTU embraces a global outlook. Rather than solely commemorating Mandela’s birthday, we honour his legacy by actively participating in community projects1. Let’s make this day count by contributing meaningfully to our communities-whether by volunteering, or advocating for positive change
